Room was great, Giulia, Claudia and the family were perfect hosts and made us feel right at home. Very helpful with fantastic recommendations for visiting Palermo and dinner locally. Great breakfast. Private section at the beach a real bonus. Will return and stay longer!

We loved everything ! The Masetta family are absolutly lovely and welcoming ! We felt like home in a Dream house. Breakfast is awesome too, everyday was a bit different and Always good with quality products. The room is spacious, clean and confortable. The pool was very clean We will come back !! Close to the beach ( with a private one) Close to restaurants ( lunch food at the villa is very good too !)

A gorgeous property with a guy he beautiful room. Right on the beach front but the pool is so spectacular you won’t want to go to the beach for long. The best thing is the family that run this property who are so incredibly lovely and helpful. They absolutely go the extra mile. Just loved it!

The most attentive and caring hosts ! A true gem in Mondello.

The location, the grounds, the staff and most of all the breakfast was amazing! This is definitely the best place I have ever stayed. We knew it looked good from when we booked but we were blown away with how this place is run! The staff are SO helpful and friendly, they are all happy to help. I was also very impressed with the cleaners and how well they operate. We'd go to breakfast and come back to an immaculately clean room with refreshed towels like it we were stepping in again for the first time. The private beach is a huge bonus and this too is ran so well. It is right outside the villa, less than 30 second walk and the sun loungers are high quality and comfortable. The breakfast selection was absolutely amazing, we would be full until dinner! And the girls working in the kitchen area were very good at their job and helpful. The rooms were amazing, beds comfortable and shower really nice. The pool was so nice too. I cannot fault this place and I hope to come back next year! Thank you Villa Masetta ❤️

Amazing breakfasts, fresh quality produce with excellent coffee. There was even a selection of cake ! The pool area was a perfect spot to relax, unfortunately the weather wasn't kind to us during this trip so we couldn't use it much. Beautiful pool design with plenty of space for guests. Palermo was very easy to get into by either taxi or local bus (remember to pre-purchase tickets !).

The evening noise level on the beach ramped up over the weekend.
