The property had no hot water so we had to shower with freezing water. Had 3 little black boxes for heating that meant many rooms were extremely cold. The check in process was poor, we were not told that the property had an alarm so we only found out when it started ringing as we went in, we were not told where the towels were so we had no towels We will not book again here, we paid Euros 2,000 for one night for a comfortable stay for my three kids, my husband and I and we were very disappointed as the property looked very nice but with no basic things available we would have rather booked somewhere else.
