The large work area and bar provides seating with four new bar stools.The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the cookware and serving pieces needed for a delicious meal for the whole family. The living room provides comfortable seating for everyone to gather around and relax while enjoying the 50" flat screen television after a long day at the beach. The dining table tucked under the floating stairs seats four. The guest bedroom and common area bath are also on this floor as well. My mom, daughter and I went on a girl’s trip. We had an amazing time. The place is beautiful and is exactly how it is described online. The location is perfect, and you are able to use the Wild Dunes pools and reserve chairs. The walk to the beach was fast and easy. My only downside was the cellphone reception, but that could have just been me. We loved our time there and would love to go back.

We loved our stay at seagrove. The unit is very close to the pool, beach and short walk to the main resort and dining. A few extra amenities such as earlier check-in, later checkout and beach towels, etc would make this stay perfect. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay.

We certainly enjoyed our time in IOP/Wild Dunes. The condo was beautiful. Loved the setup. Location was great. Waking distance to main resort. It was a little tricky getting Lyft to the location but we had a quick conversation with the drivers and were able to get them to the right area. Overall it was a wonderful time. Thank you.

The location, convenience and cleanliness was spot on. I wish I had found out the mattress brand, they were the most comfortable I've slept on in some time! My only two complaints were the fridge was very loud and the pool chairs were a bit shabby - extremely minor issues and easily overlooked.

Process to rent was very smooth. Loved that we could go straight to the property and no stops at a rental agency. Two master bedrooms were perfect for our stay. Unit is nice and close to the beach and pool.

Great place to stay! Walkability to beach was awesome! Kitchen was one of the better stocked kitchens I have seen in a rental. Place was clean and comfortable . I wish the checkout time was 11 am. 10 am was pretty early. The rental company was knocking on door at 9:45 to vacate and start cleaning which for the cost of the stay is pretty annoying.

The condo at 7c Seagrove Villa is in great shape. It has comfortable and clean furnishings. The wifi works very well and there are t.v.'s in each room. The location is just a short walk through the parking lot to the beach and just past the hotel in Wild Dunes. It is up 2 flights of stairs, but this makes it very quiet. We enjoyed a nice stay.

The condo's recent updates were perfect and made our stay at the condo feel very comfortable and homey. The location was perfect in regard to the distance to the beach, the very short walk to Wild Dune's Boardwalk Inn, and both golf courses. This condo fit our group perfectly.The only feedback I would have is that we were a bit disappointed that the condo was only stocked with 1-2 days of supplies. We ran out of toilet paper, tissues, dish soap, etc by the 2nd day. I feel that if we paid for 7 days, the condo should be supplied with 7 days of essential supplies. For those who may arrive without a vehicle may find it difficult to obtain supplies.Aside from that, we LOVED it!

A great beach week

A great beach week

We accommodation at 7C was just right for our family of three. Good location with proximity to the Sweetgrass pool and the beach. The condo was clean when we arrived and overall comfortable. Upgrades to some of the amenities could take it from good to great - better quality towels and pillows, new toaster oven (this one barely worked), and WiFi that reaches the master bedroom (really only worked in the living room in kitchen). These are small things but for this price, should be expected. Overall we would recommend and would consider returning.

Wonderful quiet trip

Wonderful quiet trip

Though with COVID we didn't go into Charleston, we had a very nice, very needed, break. Our children spent lots of quiet time together. We did visit Magnolia gardens with their outside walking map. We ate out once, for lunch, on an outside deck with social distancing. All in all it was still a great family trip! We love the Isle of Palms and will return again when the virus has improved.

Good location, if on 2nd floor you will be climbing stairs not a big issue just be aware. Very easy walk to beach. Newly remodeled , clean comfortable. Not well stocked with cooking basics. No grilling on premises.

Everything was great except sink in downstairs bathroom was broken and water pressure in upstairs shower was very low. Beautiful place.
