CDR112: Costa Del Ray 112: 2BR, 2BA, 7 Guests, Shared Pool, No pets allowed, Golf cart accessible, Assigned parking for 3 vehicles Newly remodeled, 1020 Sq Ft Condo - only 2 blocks from the beach. All are on ground level with a great porch to enjoy Port A sunsets. This coastal cutie has a large living room with a couch (which folds out into a sleeper), recliner, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The full kitchen is equipped with white appliances granite countertops and 2 barstools. The adjoining dining area has seating for 4, plus additional seating for 2 at the bar table next to it, the additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar/island. The washer/dryer is tucked neatly away in a hall closet. The Master bedroom (BR1) has a King-size bed, TV, closet, chest, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower unit. The guest bedroom (BR2) has a Queen bed and a Twin bed, a TV, a closet, and a chest. It has use of the hall bathroom which has a tub/shower combo. Enjoy relaxing outside on the porch or swimming in the complex pool after a day at the beach. BR1 - King Bed BR2 - 1- Queen Bed, 1- Twin Bed 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in living room Things to Know: Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in. We had a great experience. Very clean and had just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The property management company was amazing. We called with a slight problem and someone was there in 15 minutes to help us. Will definitely recommend to family & friends!

Very nice unit and well priced. Water pressure in the bathroom sinks was very low but the kitchen and shower were both fine.

This was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. Plenty of space and a great floorpan for privacy. This was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental property. You could prepare ANYTHING! The host was so responsive and we felt really valued. The location was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Thank you!

Everything was wonderful no complaints except maybe not enough toilet paper and paper towels, but nothing we couldn't get ourselves. Thank you so very much.

This was a great small house, fit our our family well. I loved that it had space for three kids in the room, so no one was sleeping on a couch. Kitchen was great and well stocked. The walk to the beach was easy and quick.

Property was well equipped with kitchen ware and gadgets. Comfy beds and linen. Only trouble I had was that I didn’t receive the door code and was confused on how to get in but I called the number on the window sign and was able to have it sent within seconds.

This place is really close to the beach. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the beds are really comfy. Everything was really nice. Management is easy to reach and to work with.

The unit was great. It was comfortable, clean and easy access to the beach. The only let down was the pool was green and not swimmable. We booked the stay here because there was a pool, so we could have gone to a more affordable location without a pool. But overall we had a nice time.

It’s been years since the family visited Port A - we had a blast and this very clean, nicely decorated condo was a big part of the positive experience. It’s easy to get to the beach, was a very quiet location, with parking right at the front door.

The condo was gorgeous, had everything you could need, was 4 blocks from the beach, swimming pool was nice, and the property fairly quiet. Even tho its in a highly populated area, everyone was nice, things are conviently located and we had just a lovely stay overall. I truly enjoyed this time with my daughter.

If you want a golf cart call and reserve it ahead of time we were given bad information and almost didn’t get one and we have a friend recovering from cancer and desperately needed one. Just a heads up otherwise our stay was wonderful after the initial golf cart drama

There is no grill, but we enjoyed a kitchen well stocked with many pots, pans, plates, coffee cups, and glasses. The extra features like USB phone chargers next to the bed were a nice touch. The complex was easy to find with 2 parking spaces designated per unit so no fighting for parking! We enjoyed the pool and were right across the street from a public beach access - less than a 4 minute drive to park on the beach - we could have walked (if our chairs weren't so heavy). Close to the grocery store, restaurants, and stores. Checkin was all done by text and we even got in a bit early. A great beach trip to start our summer!

Good location to the beach. It was helpful not having to climb stairs to unload. The house was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and even had a Kuerig coffee maker.
