510 Caswell is a beautiful decorated home. Over sized kitchen island was great for gathering. Living area is not overly huge but enough room for a few to hang out. Although we barely did. The beach is a few min walk in either direction. About 200 yards from the house. The house was equipped with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. The kayaks were also great. Unfortunately the day my son wanted to try them out, it was too rough. Wish he thought of it sooner. The weather was super hot and humid. Therefore we did not take advantage of the beautiful outdoor kitchen and seating. Outdoor furniture was brand new. The view off the back deck was amazing. Owners were very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Communication was awesome. Caswell beach was perfect. Not crowded at all. Great feel. And a quick drive over to Southport was a bonus. 100% recommend staying here.

This is a lovely house with great views of the marsh off the back. The ocean is not visible, due to the dunes and houses in the front and the walk to the beach was a bit further than anticipated. The house is very well equipped, particularly the kitchen with plenty of dishes, cutlery etc. The deck furniture has changed since the photos we saw so I missed the sectional chairs overlooking the sound, but they have been replaced with two comfy chaise lounges. I greatly appreciate the abundance of beach towels and chairs that were provided. It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay.

Had a great weekend staying in this house. Plenty of space, everything we needed to cook was available in the kitchen. There was a downstairs kitchen as well which would be great for hanging out but we did not end up taking advantage of it. House is right across the street from the beach. Quiet and comfortable stay, would definitely stay here again if we return.

We enjoyed our stay! They have recently updated this home and it is wonderful! Just steps away from the public accesses and beautiful views of the sound. We loved to watch the boats coming in. Great decks on the front and back of the house.
