Our mentoring group held our final meeting here 10/24-10/26/21 and had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was provided and having 5 beds was a must! It was very clean and we had no issues with our stay!

After reaching Innsbrook, the actual property was very difficult to locate. If they had given us directions where to turn on what Road to turn onto, and What road the property was actually located on, it would not have been so difficult to fine. Communication Sarah Bernard properties was difficult at times. The lockbox is very difficult to open. There was also no blow dryer in our chalet. It was beautiful and relaxing and very clean. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and mattresses that you could actually sink into and be very comfortable.

This was our first trip to Innsbrook, and while we didn’t use many of the facilities (only left the chalet for tennis), it was exactly what we wanted for our weekend out of the city. This chalet has everything we needed. We turned off our cell phones, grilled, played games, and made s’mores at the fire pit. It was so relaxing and private. We will be back, and maybe even golf or go to the pool next time.

This place was beautiful but a lot smaller than the pictures make it seem. When we first got there, security was not aware of my reservation at all and I had to prove that I had a confirmation code on my phone. The written directions took us to a wedding that we drove in on which was extremely embarrassing.. We turned around and followed the GPS and arrived and the place was beautiful but with 5 people, had a very hard time figuring out the lock box and ended up breaking several nails just to get the strange contraption to open. The place was very warm when we came in and we tried to get the A/C to go below 73° and that was not allowed so a hot night's sleep was had.
The next morning, we got ready to head out to wineries and as I was walking outside, there was a random blue BMW and another two vehicles behind it coming down our drive.. I walked to the first vehicle and a blonde realtor informed me that I "should have received an email that the property had been purchased and that the buyers would be coming on Saturday to do a "walk- through"... I went through my emails and found nothing of the such. Even IF I had received this email, I would have refused. This was a weekend getaway for my birthday with my friends that was $1000 for a two-night stay. I did not expect to have strangers coming into our space where our clothing/personal items were EVERYWHERE. I have never been more embarrassed and felt more awkward than when the buyers came in and looked at us and felt JUST as uncomfortable as we did. This set us back an entire hour, as well, so didn't get an early a start as I had planned so only got to visit two wineries. The cherry on the topping here is the fact that the realtor STATED that if we had not been there, she planned to take the key out of the lockbox because this place now belonged to these buyers.... thankfully we had not left yet and been locked out from ALL our possessions...
When we returned to the entrance at around 8 PM, we waited for the security guard to lift the gate and no one came out for five minutes after blaring our horn three times. My friend finally went up and knocked on the door loudly and he finally came out and said "O yeah, you're good to go", yes, after waiting five minutes...
Bottom line, for the price of this place, we should have had MUCH better service, and it is a shame the awkward encounter ruined the weekend. I would appreciate a refund or a free stay courtesy of Sarah Bernard Chalets.

We really enjoyed our weekend in the Little Bear Cabin! Even though it rained there were plenty of games to keep us busy. And the kitchen was awesome. Had everything we needed. The fire pit area was perfect for our group. We had a hard time leaving. Pretty sure we will be back soon! Thanks so much to the Sarah Bernard team...you guys are awesome!

Staycation Away
The chalet was very clean and had all amenities described. It made for a perfect staycation to play golf and enjoy time away from STL. Sarah and her team were very responsive prior and during the visit.

Lovely Getaway
We truly enjoyed spending a few days of our spring break here just relaxing and enjoying the scenery. While the cabin is very secluded the directions from the owner for finding it were spot on. The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and clean. Even in early spring we enjoyed the view and saw many deer. Our only complaint is that the trail we hiked on within the resort had a sign that had fallen down so we took a wrong turn. After getting rained on and wading a creek we found our way back and will always remember our grand adventure!!

The cabin was perfect for our group! There were 6 of us, and there was the perfect amount of seating with the 2 couches and long table. The only things we would have changed would be adding some hooks and a shelf to the upstairs bathroom for towels and toiletries, and having more kindling (or fire starters) and wood inside for the fireplace. We enjoyed the quiet setting, and saw so many deer each day! Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations and would definitely return!

Wonderfully Managed
This property is excellently managed with great communication. The property is well kept, extremely clean, and stocked with all of the amenities plus a few extras and the Holiday decor made for icing on the cake. We loved the easy to use firepit. This was a great staycation location.

We (myself, my husband, and our 4 kids aged 4-12) decided to come stay for a fall weekend-- to cozy up and stay in for the whole visit, enjoying the woodsy view and each other's company. This property was absolutely perfect for our purposes-- well-stocked with basics, but also with toys, games, snuggly throw blankets, cute themed bedding and decor, and even several options for streaming tv. My kids loved the outside balcony and the indoor loft, and my husband and I loved that the Tinker Toys, Connect 4, Monopoly, and JENGA blocks kept our kids amused for HOURS. We completely enjoyed this getaway and all of us are already talking about how we will have to get back here SOON!

Excellent stay!
We enjoyed the property very much! It was a chilly, wet fall weekend, and we lounged in front of the crackling fireplace all weekend! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed including coffee and charcoal. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Amazing Memorial Day Holiday
My family and I rented this house for Memorial Day weekend and we could not have had a better time! The chalet is beautiful and so clean. The house was stocked with everything we could have needed for the weekend. We loved the management company who were very responsive to any questions we had. It would have been nice if the kayaks that are included with the cabin were at the home, but the beach where they are stored is not far at all. Overall everyone agreed it was hard to leave...we all had the best weekend. Thank you!
