Die Koordination mit booking com hat erst nicht geklappt.
Zum bez.Anreisetermin war der Raum nicht frei, erst 1 Tag später, so sind wir gezwungermassen in der total teuren Edel Hacienda Xcanatum gelandet, zwar mit 50 M Pool aber über 200 € OHNE Frstck.

Non sono stata ricevuta sostenendo che la struttura fosse piena. La signora con cui ho parlato dice di avere problemi con Booking che “duplica” le sue camere in affitto. Mi pare tutto molto strano poiché facendo una ricerca il giorno stesso del pernottamento la struttura risultava disponibile ad un prezzo decisamente più alto. Spero che la struttura venga segnalata e rimossa dalla piattaforma. Se non avessi avuto una sim dati avrei avuto non pochi disagi a trovare una nuova struttura per soggiornare questa notte.

Het lag op een rustige weg en met een Uber zat je met 30 minuten in het centrum. Fijn zwembad en lieve huisvrouw.
Tot 2x toe 5 uur lang geen water. Wc kon niet doorgetrokken worden en geen handen wassen of douchen. Ook kwamen we eigenlijk het verblijf niet op. Aanbellen werd niet gehoord en de telefoonnummers ook allemaal geen gehoor. Na 20 minuten voor het hek te hebben gestaan kwam er een ander stel die de poort open deed. De huisvrouw werd geroepen en pas toen konden we naar binnen. Ontbijt zou vanaf 8 uur zijn, maar echter was er pas rond 9/9:30 iemand om dit te voorzien.

perfect for kitesurfers wanting to spend some time kiting in progreso with good value for money, location nearest to progreso but still around merida, great spacious and modern room, quiet for the best night sleep, home made breakfast, parking available, friendly staff, check in was smooth and easy

It is more a house (4 rooms for 8 guests max) than a Hotel, since we were with 8 people, we had the complete house to ourselves. Nice swimming pool, Great breakfast made every morning fresh by the hotel keeper. Very friendly staff! We had free use of the kitchen when needed and also the washing machine.

Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Outdoor area peaceful, clean and beautiful. Great to have access to kitchen as needed. Helpful, friendly hosts.

The rooms were spacious, well decorated, had a nice jacuzzi tub and nice balcony. The home had several nice lounge areas and I loved the game room that had a nice pool table and great movie selection. The host went out her way to make us feel comfortable and the garden was beautiful. I also appreciated the breakfast cooked every morning. The host also went out her way to make sure our dogs were able to go outside and enjoy the garden when no other guests were outside which I really appreciated.
