When an apartment has so many 5-star reviews, I worry it may not meet my expectations. That was not the case for this beautiful home. It was a perfect blend of old and new, sat in a quiet neighborhood close to groceries and cafes, and had all the basic amenities. The location was superb and easy to navigate by car or foot.
We were a family of four - two kids 9 & 14 - and the home couldn't have suited us better. Sra. Alejandra is warm, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

We loved the house even though the upstairs bedroom was difficult to reach. Good thing that we’re in excellent physical shape for 75+ year olds. Well appointed, centrally located, and parking (!!).

We loved our stay at this apartment in Seville. The apartment was immaculate and so beautifully decorated. It was supplied with everything we needed for a great stay. Our hostess, Alejandra, was a delight to work with. When we messed up and didn’t get our Alcazar tickets online before we came, she graciously let us stay late so we could get it in the next day. She helped us get to and from the parking. I highly recommend this place!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Seville. This property was absolutely as advertised and we would certainly stay again. It was spacious, clean, well maintained, central to everything and quiet. As much as we loved every aspect of the house the best part of teh trip was the host herself. Alejandra was so thoughtful, helpful and accommodating to every items to help make our time in Seville and at her house as easy and relaxing as possible. Thank you so very much for all you did.

The apartment was very nice. And it was clean. Alejandra was the perfect hostess. The location was perfect for exploring and the parking was very convenient. There are stairs - be prepared. The apartment is very much an open style. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were spacious and very nice. The upstairs bathroom sink is separate from the rest of the bathroom and is located in the hallway /staircase and open to the rest of apartment.

Alejandra was a fantastic host. Very gracious and accommodating. Her place is very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Layout of the house is a bit funky with all of the stairs but there are so many terrific features of the house that the stairs add to the charm. The location is across from a church and in a neighborhood with many small shops/cafes nearby.
You are within a 15 minute walk to the more touristy area of Seville which also adds to the charm of the house and neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay in Seville. The accommodations were perfect for 2 couples and we loved the terrace for morning coffee! We were a comfortable distance from the heart of the city and found walking very easy to the main attractions and lots of restaurants. The host greeted us to show us details of parking, the home and general area. We really enjoyed Contenedor restaurants right down the street a few times (be sure to eat dessert). It was our first time in Spain and having this home made it very special!

This apartment was exactly as described. We absolutely loved our stay here. What we liked best was being in the non touristy area of Seville. It was very walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. The host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Communications with Alejandra were excellent and she met us at check-in and check-out and was very kind and helpful. There was parking in a secure underground garage, which had plenty of room and was very near to the property. The house is on several levels, which worked well for us and gave us room to spread out as a family of four. It is beautifully decorated and felt comfortable, with everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The terrace is welcome bonus and a great spot for a morning coffee. The location was perfect for accessing all areas of Seville and it is without doubt one of the best properties we have stayed at.

The house was clean and beautiful and in a great location. Alejandra was lovely and very helpful. She made sure we were comfortable in the house and gave us lots of information about the area (despite the fact that we didn't speak the same languages). We had a great time and highly recommend it.
The only thing I would be aware of is that the house is on multiple levels which was fine for us, Anyone with mobility limitations should not rent this house. I did have some concerns about safety on the stairs, they are steep and wooden, so you need to be very careful going down. The upstairs bedroom has a flight of stairs down to the bathroom, which seemed a bit hazardous if you needed to use the washroom in the night.

We stayed in Seville with my son for three nights, end May. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. There is a lovely terrace facing the oldest church in Seville. Location was perfect for us. Walking to Barrio Santa Cruz was about 15 min. The location is also handy for groceries nearby and restaurants including a great cafe outside the apartment. Beds are very comfortable. We have stayed in many rentals, this is at the top of the list.

Located on a plaza with an old church and an outdoor cafe, the multistory house was exactly as described. It was beautiful, interesting, comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. The rooms were decorated with outstanding art, antiques, carpets, and tile work. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for the showers and bathtub. The top floor terrace was filled with flowers and overlooked the plaza. It was a wonderful place for evening relaxation, with the church and its tower lit up, as were the domes of another historic church right around the corner. The neighborhood offered narrow streets, plazas, courtyards,
balconies, cafes, good restaurants (ConTendor was just down the street), tapas bars and atmosphere. The house's location permitted us to easily walk everywhere in this remarkable city during our four nights stay. Note that there are many steps to negotiate in the house.
Alejandra was a perfect and gracious host from guiding the initial rental arrangements to welcoming us and showing us around the house. She provided detailed information and suggestions about visiting Seville, restaurants, etc. Also she arranged for an early morning taxi for our train departure and stopped by to see us off.
Would we stay here again? You bet!

From the warm, personal welcome and farewell from our host, Alejandra, to the sparking cleanliness of the house to the closeness of both a charming coffee shop in Plaza San Marco and a 'slow food' restaurant Con Tenedor just down the street, it was a wonderful stay. An easy and interesting walk down to the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Alcazar Palace. Only cautionary note.....the house is on several levels and some guests might find the number of stairs challenging.

This was an absolutely gorgeous apartment! It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location was excellent and you could walk everywhere. It felt like we were truly in a neighborhood. Great restaurants nearby ( especially try Contendor right across the street). The balcony was so pretty and we spent a few beautiful evenings there. Alexandra was a great host, easy to communicate with and very responsive. She drove with us to the parking space, which is included and very important in Seville. Alejandra's house is a wonderful place to explore Seville, especially the lively Feria neighbourhood. We loved the roof terrace and the stylish interiors. There are lots of stairs, but it's a beautifully planned and equipped house, with opportunity for both privacy and communal living.

We loved our stay here. One bedroom is up and the other down so good separation. The kitchen is small but very functional. The clothes washer worked great, and drying was very fast up on the private balcony. The location is very convenient to a nearby fresh vegetable/meat market as well as many restaurants. Our host Alejandra was very gracious and helpful. The included private garage space was nearby. Overall we could not have found a better choice for our extended Seville holiday!

We had an amazing 30 day stay in Sevilla.
Our host, Alejandra, was to key it’s success. She met us at the apartment and was there for us during the entire stay. She is kind, generous, very informative and made our trip a memorable experience.
The apartment was spotless, sunlit, beautiful and comfortable. We felt “At home, away from home.” We were able to do light cooking, laundry and all the things necessary for a long stay.
The location was perfect for us. Everything we wanted to see or do was within walking distance and we did a lot. We loved the quiet neighborhood.
We highly recommend Alejandra’s apartment and would absolutely return.

We stayed in this property during our winter break. Alejandra is a very gracious host. She waited to receive us when we were on our way to her house and showed us around to make sure we knew where everything was. The house was well equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable . Having a washing machine was a big help as we packed only a few clothes. The kitchen was well stocked . The neighborhood is so beautiful and interesting. Across from the house is a beautiful church which you can visit during open times. There was a small store a few steps away from the property where we could buy all the essentials for breakfast and snacks. The house is situated very close to all the major Seville attractions and you can easily walk to all of them. The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly. Parking is available a few steps away from the house in case you have a car. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely be coming here again. Alejandra is a very generous host she even had gifts for us !! as our stay was during Christmas break.

For our family, this was the ideal place to stay. It’s a beautiful home, with excellent art and wonderful books. The location is great, it’s not to far from the places you’ll want to see as a tourist, but it’s also in a real neighborhood. You get a real flavor of Sevilla. There are some nice restaurants and bakeries/ cafes very close by, and you’re about a ten to fifteen minute walk away from amazing sights.
Alejandra is a wonderful host. She is a great source of information and really looked out for us.

What a great apartment! Alejandra was so kind and accommodating, allowing us easy check in and check out and providing great recommendations for the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We were a bit nervous about the stairs after reading some reviews but the way the house is divided is smooth and convenient. The views from the rooftop are remarkable! It’s easy to walk everywhere in the city and there are great restaurants just a few steps from the apartment. There’s a bit of noise at night but other than that, all is perfect. :)

We feel so lucky to have stayed here. Alexandra was the perfect host with helpful suggestions of places to visit and things to do.
The accommodation was faultless, beautiful and comfortable. A welcome gift of fruit bowl and wine was wonderful.
Highly recommend visiting La Magdriguera de Mai, just round the corner for fabulous flamenco!
We will definitely return to this wonderful accommodation in this exciting city.

This property is excellent. Very clean and nicely maintained. Alejandra was a great host and met us at the property upon arrival. Parking was convenient and just up the street in an underground garage. Condo was nicely equipped. My only complaint would be the number of steps. One bedroom was located on the ground level and the other bedroom was up 5 levels (47 steps)! Overall a great stay.

Great place
The house is on multiple levels, very spacious, clean and lovely. Alejandra was very friendly and helpful. Our son got a bit sick but she was constantly checking in and offered to help multiple times. The check in/out process was also very smooth. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay in Seville
The property is very clean, comfortable, well appointed, large and convenient to tourist areas, shops, bars and restaurants. The hostess is wonderful and she has everything you need right there and was so pleasant to talk to. There is a fabulous outdoor seating area off the top floor bedroom that was such a nice treat. AC also worked great for hot days. Highly recommend this lovely place.
The listing is very accurate-yiu will need to be comfortable and able to climb stairs to stay here. It was no trouble for us and we would stay here again-it's a great place.

Perfect Stay in Sevilla
The apartment was perfect for four adults and immaculately appointed and maintained. Everything you need to feel like you are experiencing the “real” Sevilla is within walking distance. We especially appreciated Juan’s little cafe across the street for breakfast and coffee. Alejandra is the owner and perfect host. She greeted us upon arrival with a bottle of wine and a bowl of delicious fruit and then met us to say goodby on our departure. Her English is limited but with the use of WeChat and a translator we had no issues with communication. Highly recommend you stay at this lovely home.

Great location and lovely property
The location was great for what we needed, just a 20min walk to the Cathedral down a straight road, passing plently of bars on the way. The house is furnished lovely and the terrace was a bonus, great for a morning coffee and breakfast, along with parking, which is needed in Seville as it's very hard to park. Alejandra was a great host, we would stay here again!
