The home has 7 brand new flat-screen TV’s, one in each bedroom and a 65” in the family room, with Sonos speaker system. All TVs are smart so bring your Netflix account or other streaming services, WIFI service is provided for the entire house. Kitchen has upgraded, high-end GE appliances, an awesome, oversized island with seating for 5 and a beautiful dining area with seating for 10. We have been renting our first home in Sea Isle, recently sold, on VRBO for 8 years with all 5-star reviews. We take pride in our home and it is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. We provide beach chairs and eight beach tags for your use during your stay along with a beach cart. The lifeguard station, complete with bathrooms, is at the entrance point of the beach on 44th st. The back yard is fenced with an outdoor shower and gas grill. Also included with your rental are a portable crib, high chair and an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage. Note: Daily/Weekly rates vary depending on the time of year and specific summer week.
