Featuring fully custom interior with five premium beds in an up and coming Montopolis neighborhood. Perfect for people who want to explore Austin’s hip East side (5 miles), downtown or South Austin and conveniently stay no more than 3.5 miles from the airport. *Pet friendly with huge backyard: Allowing up to 3 pets for an additional $25 one-time fee. Infractions of House Rules (i.e. unauthorized parties/ large gatherings, smoking in the home, etc.) are subject to a minimum fee of $150. *Early check-in available upon request for $25.

Thank you Cesar for being an excellent host! The home was beautiful and well kept. The neighbourhood isn’t the greatest but we had no issues. Overall would stay here again. Location is excellent for getting around and close to amenities. We came for F1 and had zero issues getting to and from the track. Thank you!

My family enjoyed our stay at Casita Bonita! It worked out perfectly for our weekend trip to Austin. And we even got to bring our dogs :) Cesar was always very responsive and helpful.

The house was exactly what we needed for a quick family getaway. 2 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs. Was the perfect home base for the weekend. The house was ready early, had plenty of room, a large backyard and Cesar always responded quickly. Would recommend.

Cesar’s house is a great location, easy to get to and close to plenty of activities around Austin. He’s very responsive and the house is very well kept! It’s not easy to find a place to bring our fur children along and this was the perfect stay for us! Way easier to take them to a spacious backyard vs up and down a hotel elevator 😊

House was very clean and nice. Plenty of room and beds. The location was great. Easy check-in process. Very close to the airport and the new music venue that is called The Concourse Project. Overall a great experience. Would stay there again 100%!

The house was cute, clean, updated, it had everything we needed including washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and communication with host was easy and smooth. Will rent again.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and beds were very comfortable. The neighbourhood is a little run down and some neighbours were noisy and partying, but this house was just renovated. Could use a dining table as it has beds to accommodate 8 but only seats 4 at at the island. One room has 3 beds in it but not really suited for 3 adults. Would be good for 3 children. Communication with owner was good and he always replied.

Our family had a great time in the Austin area and this place was conveniently located. Everything was clean and the host responded to our concerns with care.

It was a decent stay with comfortable beds, but some basic things were lacking. There was maybe 1/4 of a single toilet paper roll in the entire home, and there is no trash can in bathroom. The interior walls are a bit banged up and basic pantry items like any kind of sweetener were unavailable. Not the best stay and not the worst, hence the 3 star review.

This property is perfect for a quick night or for a several day stay. It's very comfortable with many beds and a clean, minimal kitchen. We only stayed for one night but it was perfect and we had no issues!

As we approached the property, I was a tiny bit concerned by the appearance of some of the neighboring houses. However, when we arrived and went inside, we were all impressed by the home that we entered. The house is cute and well-maintained. It was stocked with good cooking supplies and morning coffee. The beds were comfortable and the decorations inside were very nice.
The owner allows pets and there is a privacy fenced backyard for them. The neighborhood is in the process of change and it is so convenient to Austin. Everything was only a short drive from the house. I would stay at this property again without hesitation.

Stay had everything we needed for a quick overnight and the property host was more than accommodating with allowing us an extra late checkout to line up with airport times.

House was very neat with recent upgrades. Family met there for my 80th birthday. A nice place to stay. Very good communication with host.
