We received a really warm welcome to this immaculately presented and nicely furnished room. It was very comfortable indeed. The continental breakfast was just right for a day which had a big lunch ahead. A really restful stay.

Room was very clean, cosy and well equipped with comfortable bed, lovely en-suite shower, plenty of towels/toiletries and tea/coffee facilities. Nice continental breakfast delivered to room.

Room was immaculate - bed super comfortable - great power shower - loved the walk in wardrobe and the continental breakfast brought to us in the morning excellent - we opted not to have the full English breakfast on this occasion but if we return to this area we would certainly order it. Our host Jane was very friendly and gave us excellent advice regarding places to eat in the evening. I also like the fact it is part of green tourism.

Had just a one night stay at the Boathouse. Jane welcomed us warmly. The included continental breakfast was very welcome & delivered at a time to suit us. Room extremely comfortable & well thought out. Everything we could possibly need. Access to delightful garden seating areas.
Within walking distance of the harbour (& pub!) & village.
Our room was situated to the front of the property which meant there was road traffic noise.

Bathroom was a little on the ‘snug’ side, but spotlessly clean.

Jane was really welcoming and friendly. The room was beautifully decorated and there is a stunning garden out the back. Breakfast ( delicious continental with a hot croissant ) was lovely in the very pretty breakfast room - fresh flowers from the garden on every table.

The host was amazing, the accommodation was clean and nice as shown on the pictures, I definitely recommend anyone to stay there.

The hostess’s cheerful welcome together with the lovely fresh continental breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Plus the ability to text for a drink, local G&T in our case, served wherever you want, we chose the designer garden. Plus, great location for walking into Bosham for the evening or day trips to Chichester, Weald and Downland museum and Tangmere museum etc.
If looking for a downside it would only be the tiny bathroom.

The decor was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The accommodations were extremely clean.
The room was small. The bathroom was too small; it was not very convenient to use.
There were no screens on the windows; I strongly suggest adding these.

Where to start, greeted by Jane who was lovely , showed us the beautiful gardens and to our room , also informed us that breakfast would be served to our room , which again was lovely. Bed was so comfortable we stayed in it until check out time.

Made to feel welcome straight away, room décor was very good lovely colours comfortable and cosy.
Great shower and lovely big soft bed, and breakfast with a smile....even in a gale force wind.

The room was prefect for us with its own private entrance. A table and 2 chairs had been set just outside our room in a private area to sit in the sunshine. The breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent.

Attention to details is second to none. Starting from a local hand wash and finishing on beautiful water bottles.
Beautifully served breakfast brought straight to your door by a lovely host.
Definitely the place to stay again. Highly recommended.

All details had been very well thought out in terms from the friendly greeting on arrival, to the room decoration, the comfortable bed, the tea/coffee/milk, the towels, the shower and washing proprieties etc.
The cooked breakfast was well-presented, timely and very well-cooked and tasty.

The complimentary breakfast, the decor...Jane was absolutely lovely and very welcoming. I didn't have any special requirements but if I did, I'm positive it wouldn't have been a problem. Everything bout the room was lovely and clean. I would definitely stay again 😁

The property came as a lovely surprise. We booked fairly last minute and so hadn’t really looked at the pictures so it’s was lovely to arrive and be greeted with such a warm welcome by Jane and see our fantastic room.
Jane is really fantastic, so welcoming and also made a great breakfast the next morning in the Breakfast room.
We really liked our room The Sail Loft, it had everything we needed, and also things we didn’t expect such as a coffee machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge and also a dressing table to get ready at. We were getting ready for a wedding so it was great to have a decent amount of space to do so.
