Located on the south end of Amelia Island in the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club and just a 7-minute walk from the Ritz Carlton. Our home has been professionally decorated by one of the most sought-after designers in the country and is breathtaking. It's located in a quiet spot on the 7th floor and is perfect for the whole family. There are three bedrooms each with its own beautifully appointed bath. THERE ARE TWO MAIN BEDROOMS WITH KING SIZED BEDS! The third bedroom has two full-size beds. There is also a pull-out sofa for extra guests or little ones. The views are incredible and the private balcony is the perfect way to start each day with seating for six. Guests can sip a cup of coffee while overlooking the ocean. Hi-speed WiFi makes it easy to read the news, stream a movie, check your email, or post a selfie enjoying the view. Our home is perfect for distance learning and teleworking. There is easy access to the beach and the pool. But please note that there are stairs on the way to the beach and it may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. However, there are many places on the island with handicapped parking and also areas where you can drive on the beach. There is a fully stocked kitchen, ready for you to prepare a delicious meal. Enjoy a traditional cup of coffee or try a K-cup. Or blend up a smoothie with fruit from the Saturday farmer's market. There are Smart TVs, hairdryers, toiletries, beach chairs, and more. You will find all of the comforts of home! Our Surf & Racquet Club location has easy access to everything there is to enjoy on the island. As you approach the complex you will drive through a canopy of live oaks. There are walking and biking trails nearby. The beaches here are lovely and the complex enjoys two oceanfront pools and tennis courts. We are also conveniently located near the Ritz Carlton where guests can enjoy multiple restaurants and lounges. Foodies will like the wide variety of wonderful restaurants on the island. Let us know if you'd like a recommendation. There are lots of interesting shops including consignment and antiques. There are fishing charters, river cruises, skydiving, shelling, hunting for shark's teeth, birding, biking, golf, pickleball, yoga, and tennis. Fort Clinch is a civil war era fort located in a state park on the north end of Amelia Island and it sits along the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway. If you have not been to Amelia Island you are missing out. It is conveniently located a short distance from I95 and less than an hour from Jacksonville International Airport. There are lots of transportation services if you want to skip driving. If you would like a nice day trip St. Augustine, Cumberland Island, White Oak Conservation, and the Jacksonville Zoo are nearby. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system. Damage Protection is included with this rental. Guests are responsible for charges exceeding the policy. We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay. We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase trip insurance.

This was a great choice for our golf weekend. Clean unit overlooking the beach. Everything was as advertised. If only they had Pickleball courts and a hot tub, it would be perfect!

Very nice, clean. Bedroom with two queen beds left a little to be desired. Air conditioning request to remain at 72 all the time left the bedrooms feeling warm when trying to sleep. But overall I believe the group we stayed with would go back again.

As soon as we open the door and saw the view of the ocean, the decor, and the overall layout, we were wowed. The kitchen is well equipped, especially for those like us who cook! We appreciated the extra beach towels and general bath towels on hand. The pool is easily accessible and so is the beach. It was nice to be so close to the grocery store, as well as some of the best restaurants on the island. We will certainly stay there again!

We found the check in /out process to be very easy. The property was very clean, a must when we travel! All conveniences of home were up to date. Beds very comfortable! Beautifully decorated! The only upgrade we would recommend would be a slim K-cup coffee maker, to make multiple cups of coffee, we could only make one cup at a time and that took a few minutes to warm up and make. Otherwise, we would recommend this property to anyone, and we would stay here in the future shall the opportunity present! GREAT VIEWS!

Everything was just perfect for a girls getaway! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and lovely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped, view was fabulous! Gym would have been nice, but walks on the beach just the best! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

The property was clean and extremely well stocked for a rental. There were plenty of games for families to use. The kitchen was well stocked. And there were plenty of towels in each bathroom. The view of the Atlantic was also excellent.

We all enjoyed our stay in this unit. The kitchen was a little tight but we’ll equipped and fully functional. The views of sunsets were terrific and we enjoyed the outdoor patio for morning coffee and ocean view. The weather was great and walks on the beach were many. We brought our own beach chairs and were able to drive onto the beach several days as well. The dining table was nice and large enough to accommodate the six of us and friends who joined us one night for dinner. We had some issues with signal strength and with one of the TVs which was quickly fixed. You said we would enjoy our visit and we did. We’ll be coming back if all three couples agree.

This beach condo was perfect. Not only was it beautiful and Impeccably decorated, it had everything we needed for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen in terms of cooking dishes, pans etc. The large floor to ceiling window provided a fantastic view of the ocean. Easy walk down to the beach/ocean. Very quick to respond to our questions prior to stay as well. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved this rental! We're a family of 4 and traveled with another couple this year. It was perfect for each of us (each couple and then the 2 kids) to have their own bathrooms AND beds. Couldn't have asked for a better set up. This property was less than 10 minutes from basically every place we wanted/needed to go. We also loved that there were beach chairs and toys available in the storage closet of the condo (conveniently located inside the unit). The views were amazing and access to the beach and pool was super convenient. Just a short elevator ride and few steps and you're there. The amenities were all as described. There was some mold in washing machine (which is common for front loads) but could use some attention. Overall, nothing negative to say. The next time we come back to Amelia Island, we will be staying here!

My daughter, grandson, and I stayed at Surf and Racquet Club in April and loved the facility and beach access. We came back with two more daughters and my mother for a wonderful September getaway in this three bedroom condo. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could want! It was so clean and inviting - even better than the details! I would highly recommend the Penthouse for families or groups of friends. The views are incredible! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful views of sunrise and the moon over the ocean from our balcony and great room. The beach was wonderful, wide and gently sloping to the water, perfect for sunbathing and long beach walks. Great getaway, we will be back!
