Serenity, easy living and proximity to beach and town

Would have been even better with Wi-Fi and a bit more room in the bathroom.

It was a good house and roomy. Beautiful backyard and garden. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. The appliances and facilities were all working. Kids loved going up and down the stairs, but two of the adults who had knee problems did not like it. We somehow did not guess from the photos that there will be stairs!

the one aircon could not cool the bedrooms in a hot day. The carpets downstairs need cleaning as they would stink if a little water is spilled on them. The balcony sliding door needs cleaning as dog has licked it.

Great place to stay on a trip to Yamba. Walking distance from Pippi Beach which is the best beach for surfing as it faces southwest and tends to get the best waves with wind direction. Also very quick driving distance to the town and main beach. The house itself is huge, loved the spacious kitchen and upstairs/downstairs layout. Plenty of room for six adults easily. Great to have parking onsite too. Will be visiting again!

Great location and access to resort facilities

Shower door was missing a section. Made for a slippery floor. Shower drain also had copious amounts of hair clogging it up.
