150m only to the beach. Optimal location. The apartment was very comfortably, bed not too soft, not too hard. Shower spacious. Good noise insulation for street noise. Fast and good Comunication. Would return for sure.

Only one pan and one pot, not ideal for cooking. No salt n pepper, probably will be removed even if you buy new one and leave it behind. Walls are thin, could hear my neighbours talking at late night. Tv is super tiny, would say about 21"

The flat has no sunlight and therefore is quite humid and it's a bit smelly. Buying dehumidifier helped a lot

Great, roomy and clean apartment 3 minutes from the beach. Lot of bars, restaurants and shops close by. Very well equipped and comfortable bed. Uncomplicated check in and checkout with friendly owner. Fully recommend!

As visible on the pictures and description, the apartment does not have a balcony.

facilities were nice and clean. Had all the basic appliances for cooking simple meals.

The location. Just in front all sorts or garbage bins, which means garbage trucks almost every night and therefore noise.

Simple, clean, super location, fair price. Close to Las Canteras beach. Close to a shopping mall. Close to a bus station. A lot of international people (remote workers) live in the area. Double windows so pretty quiet inside. Can’t go wrong with this place!

It depends on the room how stable your wifi is. But there always seems to be an internet port that you could use for your working computer. There might be a few fruit flies you have to kill when you move in.
