Enjoy the local restaurants/bars and attractions or use our flat as a home base to explore the rest of beautiful Detroit! THE SPACE: Welcome to our little slice of heaven in the West Village. Recently renovated, and freshly styled with authentic Detroit art, our 2-bedroom/1-bathroom home will suit all of your needs! Relax after a long day exploring in front of our smart TV with Netflix, or whip up a meal in our stocked kitchen, with coffee maker and dishwasher included. Our bathroom comes with all the necessary towels and bath products, and we offer extra sheets/pillows/blankets for additional guests. Guests enjoying a longer stay will welcome the washer/dryer, and you will be able to stay connected with our 250 mb WiFi. THE AREA: We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. OCCUPANCY: This unit allows 4 overnight guests (up to 6 total with fee/host’s approval. Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 6 people overnight the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction. PARKING: There is parking directly in front and wide sidewalks that wind throughout the community. GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Detroit to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period. MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. SECURITY: For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit. Please note that any house rules violation will incur an additional $150 penalty charge.
