Buen hotel, ubicado en el centro de Ipiales, acceso rápido a almacenes, supermercados. personal muy cordial y amable. Buena limpieza, la habitación confortable y grande.
Ofrecieron bebida caliente de cortesía en la habitación, nunca llegó. Una sola persona en recepción lo cual se demoró un poco en el check in.

Me gustó la ubicación, la atención del personal de recepción, las habitación muy cómodas y cálidas. Me volvería a hospedar nuevamente si vuelvo a Popayán.

Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones limpias y cómodas.
El restaurante no es bueno. Se demoran. Muchísimo en atender porque solo hay dos personas. Te pasan la comida fria y por partes. Los camareros tienen buena actitud pero simplemente no pueden atender a tanta gente sin personal

Big room with fireplace, which was nice, because it's quite cold in the room. Good breakfast. Location near the main square
The price for the room with fireplace is really too high, but without it the room is extremely cold. The restaurant closes very early. The neighborhood isn't very nice, but it is not the hotel's problem

Very clean. Helpful staff. Excellent restaurant with good food and service. The king size bed was super comfortable and warm. Quiet at night. The water in the shower was nice and hot. Turn down service was very nice
It was basically cold everywhere in the building including our room. Some heat would be nice.

Great, international-quality hotel in smaller, remote city with limited options.

We would come back of an evening to find that the bed had been turned down, with a hot water bottle. Also, we had been left a flask of hot panela, and short bread biscuits.

The staff is really really kind and helpful. The hotel is modern and clean. The bed is huge and confortable. Good parking lot. Totally recomended
