I liked that the metro wasn’t a far walk.
There was bugs in our room, bed bugs. We got eaten alive but we didn’t know why. Originally there was a bunch of mosquitos in our room so we thought it was that then the second night we were covered in bites.
Also, parking. Forget about it. It’s 2.60€ an hour! Doesn’t matter if it’s a weekend or weekday night or day it’s 2.60 an hour.

A well designed room, comfortable, clean and with a kitchenette. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff. A peaceful location, yet at the same time the hotel is close to a Metro station, bus route, a small supermarket and café restaurant. You can get to the city centre within a half hour. The hotel has a small gym and a laundry room (with ironing board).
All good especially the reasonable price.

Definitiv zu teuer für 3 Sterne ohne Schwimmbad und ohne inklusive Frühstück. Da bekommt man auch andere Hotels bei dem Preis

De kamers zijn erg mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zo zit er ook een koelkast, fornuis etc. in de hotelkamer. De metro ligt op zon 5-10 minuutjes lopen, vanaf daar ben je met minder dan een half uur in het centrum.
Het parkeren met de auto kan lastig zijn.

Le petit déjeuner était incroyable ! Et la dame qui s’en occupait était gentille et très attentionnée à ce qu’il ait tout de disponible en tout temps.

L’accueil est chaleureux, l’hôtel est propre agréable et surtout facile d’accès. Les chambres sont spacieuse, propre et agréable.
Les lits sont sur confortables grand et chaud.
Il faisait vachement chaud dans la chambre malgré la fenêtre ouverte, nous n’avons pas réussi à diminué le thermostat, chaque fois celui ci remontait à 24°… quelques douleurs à la tête du à ça. Mais rien de bien grave.

Hotel limpio, buen desayuno, cerca de parada de autobús y con sitio de taxis afuera. Habitación para cuatro es pequeña pero suficiente y con camas cómodas. Personal de recepción muy amable.
Está retirado del centro y debes pagar autobús para llegar allá. El desayuno aveces se terminaba y no rellenaban todo.

Great good value choice a little bit outside the centre but with easy transport links to the main attractions.
Rooms extremely comfortable with all needed facilities.
Poor noise insulation in the rooms meant that noise from adjoining rooms and exterior was noticeable

Er zou een maand geleden al een voorwerp worden teruggestuurd dat een van onze kinderen vergeten was. Nog steeds niks ontvangen,na herhaaldelijk berichtgeving. Erg jammer

Grote kamer, heel net, vriendelijk personeel en uitstekend ontbijt.
Ik kwam toe tijdens een sneeuwdag, hierdoor was ik wat vroeger en mocht zelfs vroeger de kamer in.

Nice modern facility, rooms very well equipped with a small kitchenette, TV, fridge or kettle. Location well connected to main bus lines to take you to the city center. Carrefour express right in front of the hotel inside the Delta hospital, Aldi 10 mins walk-away. Staff really helpful and friendly. We had a small dog with us, very dog-friendly hotel.
Maybe the price might be a bit lower...as always :)

Nice, clean hotel, easy to reach by car, very friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the room not crowded (there may be busier periods though). The reception has some frozen food like pizza and pasta and there is an oven to heat them up, very handy if you arrive late at night. There's a Carrefour Express nearby as well which surprisingly was open on Christmas day.
You can leave the car in front of the hotel for a bit to move the luggage but can't park there. The receptionist gave us some suggestions where to park for free but I was too tired to wander around, so we just used the secure underground car park near the hotel at 2 euros per hour (though not entirely clear to me, I paid less than I thought, maybe some overnight discount).
I couldn't get the chromecast working.

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the metro making access to the city very convenient (5 Erasmus)
We arrived very early in the day and our rooms weren't ready but we were able to store our luggage and go exploring the Christmas markets.
There's a supermarket and café literally across the street.
The hotel was pristine and the staff helpful. A charging port right by the bed for phone/tablet was a welcome addition.

El personal amable y la ubicación cerca del metro, el hotel limpio y nos guardaron las maletas después de la hora. El desayuno no estaba mal pero se puede ampliar.
La almuada muy incomoda, al ser apartahotel no te limpian la habitación ni te cambian las toallas a no ser que pagues un extra o estes mas de 8 dias,
Quinta planta y tardaba en llegar el agua caliente y con poca presion.

Camera insonorizzata, vicinanza metro farmacia e Carrefour, personale gentile ed accogliente.
Un po' distante dal centro (ma comunque ben collegato) e camera eccessivamente calda.

El trato del personal de recepción, la cantidad de servicios y zonas comunes incluidas en el precio y la relación calidad precio era brutal, muy cerca del metro y bus para en 15-20 min estar en el centro, la habitación tenía todo lo que se publicitaba.
Por poner una pega, que el servicio de limpieza no se incluyese en todas las estancias, únicamente en aquellas de más de 7 días.

La limpieza de la habitación es de 10, el personal muy amable y se esforzaban para entenderte en español. Está justo en frente de un hospital y en los bajos hay un Carrefour, la parada del metro está a unos 300 metros y te deja en pleno centro. Muy recomendable para ir en familia.
El desayuno es un poco caro para lo que ofrecen, son 15 euros adultos y 10 niños
