janitors acted so suspicious, some staffs avoid eye contact and didnt say hello

Everything was nice, it was a great place to stay. The staffs were very kind.

breakfast is great, my picky eater daughter eats well

cannot operate the air conditioner, don't know weather it's centralized setting or not, but 27 Celsius in the afternoon is hot inside the room

this my 3rd time staying at this hotel. This time, we left 2 cans of cookies on the table. when we return at night, to our dismay the 2 cans of cookies are wet. when I lifted up the upper can of cookies, the bottom was all wet with water dripping. I’m certain it’s dry when we left our room and turn on house keeping notification. would like to know what had happened at house keeping?

Bed, new hotel, facilities.

We booked a junior exec room as we brought our toddler. The room provided has a smoking smell and we only found out that the room on 17th floor was flexible meaning that the guest can smoke or not. Perhaps they can be more thoughtful to provide non-smoking room or to check whether the family is okay with smoking room if they bring a child.
