it is a good experience and i will recommend this hotel to my friends and family

I like everything and definitely will repeat again. The location are very strategic; near with many restaurant, university, mall. I really hope this hotel can maintain their good service.

I hope later they can put mini fridge, iron and iron board in every room.

cheap but not so comfortable

cheap price. nice staff. quite spacious for small family

doesn’t have lift and was placed at second floor. the room was not so clean. don’t expect too much since it was affordable price

Worth your penny!

This is my second time here. It has been a pleasant stay. The moment I checked in I was assisted by staff by self check-in kiosk. I checked in late at night so i noticed they were using smart lamp. In which, all lights are turned off and when you are few metres away it will light up automatically. Access to the hotel and room must use access card. Can ask for 2 cards because i have back pain i ask my friend to come and pick my luggage. The room space is spacious enough for 2/3 paxes and suitable for prayer. They have plug that is located besides bed, and usb plug so it is very easy if you dont have your charger you just have to plug in your usb wire. But i think it is a bit slow compared to our charger but still i like that facilities smart move! Amenities at the hotel; strong wifi!!!! Functioning tv with clear instructions channels just have to change the battery for the remote. iron board and water dispenser. Amenities in the room: got kiblat signage, make up chair, wooden large closet , 3 hangers, kettle, 2 cups, 2 coffee, tray, make up desk with 2 drawers, 2 small bar soaps, 2 towels, spacious hanging rack in the toilet, floor mat towel, sink, mirrors steel cupboard in the toilet, large make up mirror, dustbin , roll tissue (but i didnt use because it look like it was wet but dried before i checked in because got no cover). I suggest just put the tissue at the make up table. Compactor waste management coming in dawn is acceptable for me. Also bedsheets, pillow case are clean and changed no bad odour. Overall, Facilities: 10/10 Cleanliness: 4.8/5 Staff: friendly and helpful. Distance: walking distance to eateries, mall, atm, fuel station, schools,mosque and etc.

The only cons is it is not soundproof. The hotel is beside to karoeke. And since it is in the town, u can hear the iressponsible rempit (motorcyle races).

No amenities. No shampoo. No sejadah. Only 3 in 1 sachet and mineral water.

Decent stay. worth the money.

Clean interior. Fast check in. Large family room. Refreshment is only 3 in 1 and bottled water, I think it’s decent considering the room is quite cheap.

- Pests; found small cockroaches and flies in the bathroom and the room itself. - Parking is only available for free at night. During the day, parking are always full and have to pay parking fee on your own. - Family room is facing main road, so it’s quite noisy if you’re a light sleeper
