About this house rental
Velkomin! Come and stay in our beautiful townhome! Fully renovated in January 2022, in the stunning Windsor Hills resort. One of the few townhomes that doesn’t have a splash pool, enjoy the spacious patio deck with no rear neighbors. Laminate flooring throughout entire home. Keyless entry that eliminates the hassle of keys and the code is changed after each stay to ensure the safety of our guests. Downstairs has a queen bed with private en-suite bathroom. Wall mounted TV with Netflix app. Fully updated equipped kitchen, with pots and pans, everything you will need from coffee maker to a griddle, to make fresh pressed sandwiches. Cozy living room with a sectional and 2 chairs, with a 4 chair and bench dining table. Upstairs has TWO king bedrooms, both with TVs with their own en-suite bathrooms. Black out curtains to help block sunlight. For the little ones we have a pack n play, high chair and a baby walker available. 4 night minimum stay, preferably 5 night stay during the holidays. During the holidays, if your selected dates fit into a gap, but because of the minimum number of nights required it will not let you book, please contact us as we are more than willing to help in confirming your dates. Please note to our future guests that this home is classed as "self-providing." We do not leave any food or products that could attract pests, for the cleanliness for our guests. We provide the basic package of a toilet roll in each bathroom, one kitchen roll, two trash bags and two dishwasher tablets. We only provide this basic package to help you start with your vacation needs. Windsor Hills resort is a gated community which is manned 24/7. As for the community rules, there is a strict 3 car maximum policy for registered guests to each home, which includes daily visitors. All clubhouse amenities are included in your stay. Daily visitors are not allowed to use the clubhouse amenities, only guests staying on property. ****Please note, Windsor Hills has scheduled the clubhouse pool resurfacing September 5th- October 6th 2024. Water park will be opened during this time****

I stayed last week and the online images/description was an exact match to real time. The property was beautiful, clean, safe and easy to navigate. The check-in instructions were precise and easy to follow just as they were laid out. Communication with the host was timely. The unit was fully functional, full kitchen with all pots & pans, plates, etc. Was great to be able to cook meals and not spend extra money eating out. the beds were so comfortable, extra linens and blankets. I will absolutely book this VRBO again when I come down next January if available. Absolutely 5 stars!

The property was clean and well put together. It was definitely geared toward a family. The location was super convenient if you are planning on attending Disney World like we did. I would definitely recommend this property!

This property is clean, perfect location for all Disney parks & shopping. It has security at the gate & we felt safe the whole week we were here! The pool, hot tub and water slides were wonderful and clean! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place!

The house was very convenient to Disney. We reached out to the property owner during our stay and we received a response immediately. The bed in the master was too soft for our taste but that’s a personal preference. Overall, it was a great experience.

We had such a great time in this condo everything was so clean and organized. Beds were very comfy and the washing machine was a huge bonus to make the trip so smooth. There are so many great stores and food options so close and the pool area at the property was great too. My daughter is 12 and she enjoyed the water slides and made lots of new friends at the pool after a long day at the parks. Great host and great property we will definitely stay again.

My husband and I, our 2 grown sons and daughter-in-law stayed at Iceland's Summer Home for 8 nights in September. We enjoyed our stay! Firstly, we love Windsor Hills. The pool, water slides and entire neighborhood is amazing. The grounds are well maintained and very safe. The location is ideal: there is a Walmart Super Center close by as well as many restaurants, gas stations and shops.It is a quick drive to Walt Disney World.
The spotless home was very comfortable. Great air con. Comfortable beds and pillows and updated decor. Communication with the host was wonderful. Check-in was a breeze. Do not hesitate to book this home!

This property was clean and recently renovated. The beds were comfortable and the 3 baths made living with others seem less crowded. Tv’s were big and excellent and way more stations and availability to movies than I have at home. The screened in back patio was wonderful and spacious and the furniture comfortable and plentiful. Overall this well appointed condo added immensely to our vacation. An added plus was the ideal location to all parks restaurants and shopping. Hopefully we will be back and this is where we will stay.

I love everything about this property. Everything is in excellent condition. Plenty of towels, pillows, etc. I didn't cook but seemed like all the pots and pans you could need. I loved the outdoor space. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Didn't hear the neighbors at all. No issues getting in at the gate. About 15 minutes drive to all the Disney parks. Totally recommend and hope to stay here again soon!

Thank you for great communication and a wonderful place to sleep for the week! Close to the parks and lots in the area. If your traveling from far away bring food or go someplace besides the Walmart that’s close… it’s a nightmare!!

Very responsive management. Place was as described and clean. The layout was great for us. There were 6 of us and there was one bedroom we didn't use at all(very spacious) . We have never been repeat "stayers" anywhere but if we head back to FL we know where we will be staying. Very affordable. Also, close to the Disney parks. There are plenty amenities that are on grounds. We didnt get to enjoy them but they look and sound amazing( we crammed three straight days of Disney and barely had time to sleep) I would recommend taking a day to just enjoy the amenities!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Super clean, comfortable beds and very spacious for our family of five. Quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to Disney Parks & WWOS Fields. Quick walk to community pool and water slides which was so fun for the kids. Will definitely stay again and appreciate the great communication and easy checkin and checkout processes!

Had a great experience overall at this property. Quick responses from
Natalie and accommodated my family for early check in when we flew in early morning. That was a lifesaver to get some rest after a red-eye flight and crabby child! The townhome was in a gated community and security was on point. The townhouse overall was clean and well maintained- nice decor, plus with the king size beds in every room, and nice size bathrooms. Equipped with all the necessities we needed. Starbucks and Walmart minutes away as well as the Disney Parks were about 15 min away. Overall would definitely rent here again for our next Disney trip! Great find!

Our 2nd stay in this house and our 5th on this property. We really feel at home here in this house and it got completely renovated, which looked great.
The communication with the owner is always great and friendly, and a minor issue was solved immediately.
For any everyone, this is an 5 star house.

The house was beautiful, clean and it's more than obvious the owners take pride in their house. The second bedroom upstairs with the big bed was a great addition. The check-in process was easy, and the owners were in contact with us from the time we booked until the time we left. We visit Windsor Hills 4-5 times per year and we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the townhouse and the location to the amenities at Windsor Hills. The property was clean and ready upon arrival. We loved the short ride to the Disney parks, which was our reason for this vacay! It was super nice on those hot days to leave the parks and come back to the townhouse to rest and let things cool off. There were only three minor drawbacks to this property - the iron had rust on it and could not be used without ruining your clothing, more bath towels/washcloths are needed, and the air conditioning was locked on 72 degrees. Everyone is our party staying upstairs was unable to rest at night because the unit was too hot.
