The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, from here a bicycle / hiking trail goes directly through the fields to Soltau, Neuenkirchen or Dorfmark. In order to get into the garden you have to leave the house through the front door, directly next to it there are approx. There is a small seating and barbecue area, as well as a sandpit for the children and some children's toys. Large trees provide sufficient natural shade, but sun worshipers also get their money's worth here.
