Location, comfortable furniture, well furnished kitchen, easy communication with the owner.
There was no hot water, and it took a lot of back and forth with the owner to get that sorted, and in the meantime the only option was cold showers. Secondly, there was a terrible smell in the apartment that the owner blamed on drains but we were unable to locate the exact source.
