Located in Girdwood, this charming condo for $449 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Update: we use professional cleaning and CDC/EPA approved cleaners and sanitizers. Amenities may not be available due to COVID-19. Experienced VRBO owner operators are expanding to Girdwood! Looking to get away in one of the world’s highest ranked ski towns? We are proud to offer our pent-house, corner-unit, modern condo as a luxurious and convenient home away from home. Located just a couple of minutes away from world-class Alyeska Resort, our condo is walking distance of local coffee shops, a yoga studio, restaurants, bistros, and our local brewery and grocery store. A convenient shuttle is available 7 days (and nights) a week and a stop is just a minute walk from the condo entrance. Our condo features an open floor-plan with two spacious bedrooms on opposite ends of the main living space to ensure comfort and privacy. Our master bedroom features a king bed outfitted in resort style linens and an en-suite walk-in closet and a large, his-and-her bathroom. There is a private door that leads to the unit’s balcony with a hot tub. The guest bedroom features a full-sized bunk bed (both levels) with a trundle option. There is also a private entrance to the guest bathroom. Both bedrooms have multiple windows with Mountain views (we supply laundered and sanitized eye masks for our midnight sun). TVs are available in each bedroom with Amazon Fire to access your favorite streaming services. Each bathroom features deep bathtubs to add the perfect touch to a relaxing evening. Our kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, and everything you need for a home-cooked meal. An electric indoor/outdoor grill allows for cooking out or staying in (stored in our garage). Our open-concept dining area seats six. The living space also includes a single person sofa-sleeper, electric fireplace, in-floor heat, plenty of seating, and access to the unit’s balcony with private hot tub. Parking is open in the parking area surrounding the unit (indoor parking is not always available).

From check in to check out it was a wonderful stay at this cozy ski lodge getaway. Brant is wonderful and super helpful through out the whole process. The VRBo was very clean and we commented several times on how well stocked it was and how clean. It had everything you would need. The location is perfect and it was a fantastic place for our family of five to stay during our trip to Girdwood. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone.

The area was nice, not overly crowded in the complex. Had a mountain view from the deck that's kind of hidden by a tree but could still be seen. It was pretty warm when we were there and there's not a screen door on the patio so it stayed pretty warm in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. Beds were comfortable and the master was nice. My 10 year old granddaughter forgot a pair of jeans and a shirt that she just had to have so Brant was kind enough to have the cleaning person mail them to me. Remember to check the closets because the cleaning people aren't cheap! The icecream shop down by the highway was awesome. We used the condo as a base for day trips so really didn't do much in Girdwood.

We sincerely enjoyed our time in Girdwood/Alyeska at Brant's condo. It is clear he genuinely wants his guest to have a comfortable and welcoming stay. It's always a luxury to have a hot tub at our disposal and all the amenities of a warm home to enjoy. Thank you Brant.

Loved our stay here. Condo had everything we needed and was incredibly comfortable and clean. It was obvious the owner takes a lot of pride in his place. The hot tub was perfect after some tough hiking .

This was a great property with a nice location. Very clean and spacious for two couples traveling together. Amenities were all in great condition and clean. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a place in this area.

Definitely a nice location and much better than staying in Anchorage. Large comfortable property, well appointed with everything you need. The apartment was a little hot for our liking, and we would have liked to open some of the windows (but they lacked any insect screens). Overall great stay.

Well appointed kitchen with multiple small appliances. Very comfortable and inviting for 4 adults or a family of 4 or 5. Very close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Iditarod trail is very close by for a hike and easy to navigate. The hot tub is a bonus after hiking or relaxing in the evenings.

This property has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Gerdwood. Don't waste your money on a hotel room at the ski resort which is on a few minutes drive away. Good customer service is a priority for us and the owner of this condo provided that! There's lots of properties to choose form in Gerdwood but when we come back we will not waste our time looking for something different, will definately choose this property.

A beautiful condo in a cute town, close to Aleyska ski resort. Beautiful location & drive. Close to Whittier for fishing charters. Close to Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. Did the Portage Glacier cruise & hiked around Chugatch National Forest. The condo was in the perfect location, about 45 minutes from the Anchorage airport. Loved it!

This was our 3rd year we took our Grandchildren on a Memory-making Holiday Ski trip to Alyaska. This was the 2nd year we stayed overnight to have more time to ski. Location was Great and the host’s condo was in Great Condition.

Our family had a fabulous three night stay here. We loved the cozy layout and fully stocked condo. The best part was the hot tub, which was a wonderful way to unwind and enjoy our get away. Would highly recommend, and hope to stay here again.
