Do you want to be in the front row? Enjoy the wonderful panorama over the lake to the Alps? Then you are right here! The house is located in the pedestrian zone directly on Lake Constance (access for loading and unloading is possible). The tastefully furnished, fully equipped apartment with two bedrooms, living-dining room, fully equipped small kitchen and bathroom is located in the attic of the house and can accommodate four people. One bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed with a size of 1.80 x 2.00 m. The second bedroom is quite small, has a bed with a size of 1.40 x 2.00 m under a sloping roof and a separate shower room. The living-dining room has a window directly to the lake promenade, from the large bedroom or from the bed you have a side lake view. Sights close-by: Therme, Meersburg Castle, ferry, public beach and pier are reachable in a few minutes.

If there were a way to give this property a 10 we would. We had APT 70 / 71 with a balcony overlooking Lake Constance. It was spectacular. Everything we wanted was within a short walk. The Old Town was fun with great restaurants and attractions. The entire region is full of history. Definitely an apartment we would request again. Christian was a very helpful host who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable.

Perfekte Lage.
Völlig unkomplizierte und einfache An- und Abmeldung. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Genug Platz für 4 Personen und 14 Tage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt am See, wer es ganz ruhig mag sollte eher ins Hinterland ziehen, für uns war es ideal:
super Wohnung, alles vorhanden, sehr sauber, freundlicher Empfang, unkomplizierte Abreise und das Leben und den See quasi direkt vor der Haustür., gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Lage
Die Lage war natürlich unschlagbar. Jeden Morgen einen herrlichen Blick auf den schönen Bodensee zu haben, war Balsam für die Seele.
Die Wohnung selbst hat fast alles was man braucht. Es fehlt eine Waschmaschine, aber es ging auch ohne. Die zwei Bäder sind super, so konnten wir uns zeitgleich für unsere Ausflüge richten und hatten dadurch viel Zeit gespart. Die Lampe über dem Esstisch ist zwar schön, allerdings für Bodenseewinde sehr unpraktisch.
Alles in allem war es sein super schöner Urlaub.

Moderne, hochwertig ausgestattete und ausreichend große Ferienwohnung (Boxspringbett mit Bad en suite, neue Küche mit Induktionskochfeld) in traumhafter Lage direkt (1. Reihe) am Bodensee im gemütlichen Meersburg.
Eine Bäckerei, zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars fußläufig erreichbar, für den nächsten Supermarkt empfiehlt sich eine kurze Fahrt mit dem Auto (ca. 3 Minuten).
Wichtige Verbindungen auf dem Wasserweg, beispielsweise nach Mainau via kleinem Kutter oder BSB oder die Fähre nach Konstanz sind ebenfalls in nächster Nähe und spielend zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Seeblick
Die kleine aber feine Fewo war uns Rückzugsort vor dem Trubel auf den Straßen. Sie war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Unschlagbar: die Lage, der Blick auf den See! Wir wurden freundlich empfangen ,hatten jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner und wurden ebenso freundlich verabschiedet ( herzlichen Dank , Herr Beierle). Eine Woche Auszeit in einem " Schmuckkästchen".

Die Zeit am Bodensee war wirklich toll, die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, sodass wir als 4-köpfige Familie alles hatten was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit wohl gefühlt!

Das Einzige, was ich zu bemängeln habe, ich hätte mir bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche und 4 Personen, einen Handtuchwechsel gewünscht. Sonst war alles prima.

Hottest week ever
We came on the week of a terrible heat wave - we could manage sleeping at night, there were two fans that helped tremendously. We had to leave the apartment all afternoon until around 8:00pm because of the heat. The apartment was comfortable, clean and in a terrific location. I think that if we had had a balcony to take advantage of the evening breeze it would have been perfect

Wir waren begeistert von dieser Wohnung, die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum, aus der Tür und direkt auf der Standpromenade. Alles wurde vom Vermieter perfekt organisiert und die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und jeden Abend am offenen Fenster auf den See geschaut....

Die Wohnung erfüllt alle Ansprüche. Sehr nett eingerichtet. Hochwertige Sachen in der Küche. Super Aussicht. Von der Promenade aus ist ja alles fußläufig erreichbar, was man braucht. Sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort. :-)

You can’t beat the location of this vacation rental. It has a beautiful window overlooking the lake. The unit is tastefully decorated, very clean, kitchen is small but well stocked, furnishings are very nice and comfy. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Easy access to ferry’s. When booking just be careful as to which unit you are booking. We thought we had booked the unit with a balcony but upon our arrival discovered that we had actually booked the unit above. There are stairs to climb to get to either unit. Navigating 3 flights of stairs to that top unit was tough at first but by the end of our trip we had no problem. Good exercise if nothing else. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental. And Meersburg is so beautiful. Wonderful vacation spot.

Lässt Kaum Wünsche übrig
Die FeWo ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Lage ist nicht zu Toppen. Der See ist direkt vor der Tür, der Blick einmalig, ringsum sind zahlreiche Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Ausflüge können mit dem Schiff gemacht werden. 😀😀👍👍👍👍👍

Besser kann man in Meersburg nicht untergebracht sein. Direkt an der seepromenade. Trotzdem sehr leise. Die Aussicht auf dem See ist einmalig. Die Wohnung hat eine ordentliche Größe und eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Werden wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung dierekt an der Promenade
Die gemütliche Wohnung liegt dierekt an der Uferpromenade und hat somit eine super Lage, was den Ausblick angeht, sowie dieverse Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichet. Alle Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr großzügig mit Geschirr ausgestattet.
Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden!
