About this house rental
Beautiful 3 Bedroom home(Sleeps7). Relax! Breath in the fresh air of the lakes region. Enjoy the sunshine and Grilling on a huge deck expanding the length of the home. Association Beach a short walk down the street.! Summer Sunshine: Private Association Beach just down the road. Centrally Located to all the attractions: Shops, fairs, water bumper boats, rope course, Fun Spot arcades, Restaurants, Kayaking, Jet skiing, boating,Mt Washington Boat Cruise, Harley Davidson Store. North Conway is 1 1/2 hr drive north. Ocean Beach is 1 hr 20 minutes south. Steak House is a leisurely walk up the hill to enjoy food/drinks. Naswau restaurant a mile down the road with the Weirs just past that! The "Gronk" has been seen hanging out there! All cooking supplies, coffee maker, sheets, towels supplied. Has washer and dryer. We are available in our private unit in the property, usually on wkds to assist and answer questions. Just reach out to us! Sorry, no pets allowed

Clean. Beds are A+. Deck and Grill. AC. No lake to speak of, but makes up for that with privacy. Great location and walking paths. The Wow trail,..paved and easy to get to. Try Cactus Jacks and Sals pizza.

My girls (17 and 12) loved this house. Its very clean, neat and tidy and is located near most of the local attractions. The beds are great, its quiet at night and feels like a home and you can treat it that way.
A few things that could be improved on: its not the homeowners fault but the "local beach" is not very attractive; the actual beach front is less than 20 yards. The unit itself is great, but you need to bring your own spices and herbs for cooking. Finally, the unit has laundry, but you can't use it which seems strange to me, but I get it.
These are small issues though. The house is fantastic and its a great place to unwind after days of fun.
