This beautiful condo has private access to Belleair beach and their very own pool, making it just steps away from your apartment! Relax in the comfort of having more seclusion here than that of a fully public beach. The condo is completely renovated with brand new furniture, beds, paint, flooring, and a fully furnished balcony overlooking the city. The two bedrooms are spacious and inviting, one with a king bed and the other with two twins. There are two newly renovated bathrooms, one of which is connected to the master bedroom and a brand new kitchen that is fully supplied and open to the dining and living room. Beach, chairs and umbrellas are provided Clearwater is just a 5 minute drive away! Wifi, washing and dryer all included. 1 assigned parking. Unit is 1100 sqft. We conduct thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the entire condo after and before each rental/visit. We strive to provide great comfort for your stay to make you feel most at home and relaxed Beach chairs and umbrella are provided,

Exactly as represented in the listing. Beautifully updated. Very convenient to the beach. On premise covered parking. Close access to Clearwater Beach. Highly recommended the Columbia restaurant about a mile an a half north! Just book it!

Suzana’s place was perfect. The location is unbeatable, the private beach was beautiful. The condo itself is updated and furnished very nicely. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location in the Gulf of Mexico is truly Paradise. The location is great with the beach just outside the building. Short ride to shopping and restaurants.

The unit has all the amenities of home and just steps from the beautiful gulf and miles of pristine beach.
Shops, dining and grocery stores all easily accessible.

Extraordinary condo
As we have been staying in the area the last 6 years in 2 other condos this was our first stay at Belleair Beach. The condo was just what we hoped for.
Perfectly decorated, clean with a heavenly location on the beach. The owners had just completely redone the unit and updated it with all the modern amenities one could want.
The owners were helpful and responsive to all questions and the ease in booking was excellent.
We enjoyed being in this smaller building as had been in high rises the last 5 years.
Perfect distance to beach to run back to condo to grab lunch, great access to shops, groceries and dining.
We will be back and thank you Suzana, everything was perfect!

The condo was very comfortable and beautiful inside. Looks as if it was very recently renovated. The elevator was was very handy for coming up and down from the third floor. Large Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms was nice in the evenings to relax. Plenty of parking in the front of the building, which was a great surprise, as extra parking has been an issue we have had with other rentals. The beach was great and easily accessible. And being a private beach, it was way less crowded than Clearwater or St Pete. We really enjoyed our stay.

The atmosphere and decor makes you feel like home and even better. The property owner is very professional, on time communication. Very reasonable price for the rent. This was an EXCELLENT getaway destination and we would HIGHLY recommend it!!!!!
The property is in an outstanding location with direct access to a private beach and only minutes away from Pier 60! My family and I needed a getaway terribly and this condo was the perfect oasis. The property was gorgeous and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed and more! This is the best property ever and we plan on visiting again:)
