This property had everything needed for a friends ski weekend. The place was spacious and had great amenities like the hot tub, many tvs and foosball. The only complaint I would have is the previous renters left a garbage can full of beer cans and food in the fridge that we had to throw out. Other than that, the stay was great and close to so much!

We really enjoyed staying at Molly’s house. It was perfect for our group and had everything we needed to relax after a day of snowmobiling. Would recommend staying here!

We have stayed at this wonderful house several times over the past few years. We use it as a base for skiing Wildcat or Bretton Woods in the winter, and for hiking the Whites in the Summer/Fall. Lots of space. Clean. My three kids love it! We have nothing but good memories and positive comments about the house and location.

This house could not have been more perfect. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. A five star home and we will definitely be back!!!

We loved this house and location! It was very clean, the layout was perfect for us. Being able to cook, watch tv, sit at the island bar all together was just what we wanted. The hot tub was a plus being so cold. The kitchen was set up very well. Overall, we will definitely stay there again.

We had a week-long stay over year-end school break. Molly offered us early check-in though we did not need it. Place was very clean, easy to keep warm with the flip-fireplace/stove. Hot tub out back was great - clean, all the panel buttons worked. Fully functional amenities - we had everything we needed to cook, do laundry. The game room was very fun, and there were board games & TV with Roku & cable. Close to severa ski & snowshoeing places. All in all a great place, easy to relax, would definitely stay again!

This is a perfect vacation home for family.. everything is thought of. Owners are wonderful, easy to communicate with and very accommodating! We can't wait for next stay!

House was spacious, the neighborhood was nice and the proximity to area attractions was great. 7 days prior to our stay Molly let us know the back porch was under construction and it would not impact our stay. She also mentioned then just a week before our stay that the hot tub was hot and clean but the display was touchy and we may need to press down on the panel to get the jets to work. We found the hot tub display was 100% non-responsive; my husband works hard labor for a living and it was his #1 request for the rental when I booked back in July. Construction on the back porch is very major (full addition) dangerous hanging supports under the porch and an unfinished opened staircase (should be taped off). This made the backyard completely unusable and dangerous. This also left no real access to the backyard. Construction debris in the front yard as well including a razor blade still on the stone wall and a port-a-potty. These concerns could have been address more appropriately with more notice to us with time to cancel or a discount off our stay as the Porch has certainly been going on for months, and I have a feeling the hot tub broke when they moved it off the original back porch months ago. Instead Molly told us they would be out to fix the hot tub after we had checked out for our 5 night stay and she would refund us just pennies for the hot tub not working. I found this insulting. We paid $$ extra a night for that one amenity. The icing on this terrible disaster of a rental is when we stripped the master bed to find blood stains on the pillow and a urine stained mattress pad. Funny as I would say the whole rest of the house was very clean but this was so gross! I loved walking all the loops and hills with my dogs, very nice neighborhood for that. There is so much space inside for playing and family time. Each AC unit in the bedroom has a blue blinking light that goes off like a strobe light every few seconds in every bedroom that was very annoying especially when falling asleep. The step ladder into the kids loft was so dangerous, the railing should be higher and the ladder permanent, a kid could easily have the ladder slip and fall right over the side. But my kids 5 & 8 loved the loft so much, they called it their secret bunker. Disappointed in this stay for sure, especially for the a Premium we paid. I found these major items to be unacceptable for such a premium and that the rental did not meet its description.

We loved this spacious but cozy feeling home. . it was located in our favorite area Christmas Mtn. It was spotless when we arrived and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable too. The check in and out process was super easy as well. We look forward to our next visit.

Our group of 8 (plus my dog, Dixie Doo) had an amazing time staying at Molly's White Mountains property! From the moment we walked in, we knew that this house would accommodate all of our needs for the few days that we were staying there. We absolutely loved the hot tub, the large living room/dining room, and the bedrooms were super comfy too! The kitchen was great for all of our cooking needs as well. I can't say enough about how excellent our experience was! The trip went very smoothly, and everyone in our group was thrilled was this house that we found. We'd love to return in the future too!

We’ve been lucky enough to stay here twice. Both times the home was sparkling clean. WiFi is excellent and the beds are SUPER comfortable. The kids love the 4th bedroom which is more of a cubby style loft. It’s adorable & we dubbed it the “Harry Potter room.” The hot tub is certainly an added bonus. Molly made check-in a breeze and is friendly & welcoming. We highly recommend this clean & spacious Bartlett home.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The location is great, close to both Attitash and Wildcat, right around the corner from Storyland, and close to North Conway and Jackson. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and there was lots of space for everyone to spread out. I will caution that the fourth bedroom off of the kitchen is best for children and not for adults as you have to climb in through a small tiny door and the ceilings are slanted and low. But the kids loved it! We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. We found that it was hard to regulate the temperature in the house- if it was hot on the upper level it was cold on the bottom level, and we could’ve used a few more towels, but other than that the house was really great and we would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable. Wonderful hot tub - clean and right on the porch. Perfect. Well provisioned kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and super-duper convenient to Attitash and Wildcat. We skied Attitash.
