Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home conveniently located near down town McKinney in a quiet neighborhood right off of hwy 75 at Virginia with easy access on and off to get to any of the numerous restaurants and all of the shopping that you may desire. This home has a completely fenced and locked back yard with a patio for your morning coffee. The master is very spacious and features a king size bed and a fireplace. The master bath has a 8'X3', double head, walk-in shower and plenty of space to get ready for your special occasion. The other bedrooms have queen size beds and are also spacious. The home has a washer and dryer in the laundry room for guests convenience. In the kitchen you will find a coffee pot and also a Kuerig machine if you desire just a cup. There is also a glass top range and convection oven if you want to cook in. There are 2 large sofas in the living room that can also be slept on for children if desired or needed. There is private parking in an attached garage for guests to also enjoy. Internet is also available and you can log in to your Netflix, Hulu or whatever you would like to watch on the 58" smart TV in the living room.

This is a very comfortable house to stay at. Lots of space to spread around. Kathy is probably the best host communicator I've ever dealt with, so had there been any problems, I know they would have been solved quickly. The only issue we had (and it wasn't one that would not be quickly resolved) was that the beds were not quite comfortable for our body types. The master is a very comfy mattress, but it's very soft and that doesn't work for me and my husband, and the two guest room beds were not supportive enough for my friends. Yes, my one friend is 6'4" and 240 pounds, but still, the guest room mattresses were not quite hotel quality. Again, since my friend is on the larger side, the toilet in the guest bath was very cramped, but I only share this incase your group is on the larger size. If you fall into the normal category, you will be fine! We enjoyed our time here very much, and put the Scrabble game to good use!

We needed a 3 bedroom single level home close to our daughter’s in McKinney for our grandson’s high school graduation. A lady with limited mobility was coming and this home was perfect. There was a walk in shower, easy to maneuver with a wheelchair when needed, and easy to park out front to come in. Besides all that, the other 4 adults were happy with our home away from home for a week. The closets were spacious, kitchen well stocked, and so helpful to have a full sized washer and dryer. We would definitely stay again. The owner was in touch to answer questions which was great! 😃

Visited family in the area for the Turkey Day and found this gem. It was easy to get to from the highway, access to food and stores, and tucked into a nice neighborhood. Having access to a garage was incredible (it rained the whole time). We would definitely come here again. Kathy was easy to work with and quick to respond. Highly recommend this property.

This is my new home away from home. Everything was very comfortable, the house was well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The bed linins and towels were first class. Even the toilet paper was top quality! I'd highly recommend this home for any length stay. The owner checked in to ensure everything was good & if we needed anything. Nothing short of a great stay in a great location with first class accommodations.

Our experience could not have been better. We loved it! The home/yard were beautifully maintained. Thoughtful touches for us by Kathy (cold water in the fridge, K-cups and condiments for coffee). Everything we could need was available to us. Kathy proactively checked in with us to ensure we got in ok and had what we needed. Clear and easy instructions/requirements for check-in and check-out. At booking we talked with Kathy about bringing our dogs and she agreed. We brought crates, blankets to protect the furniture etc. - not because Kathy required it but because we wanted to be thoughtful guests, we were so happy we found someone that would accept our dogs. We could not believe how lovely and safe the home was. Kathy checked in with us several times to ensure we were comfortable and felt the dogs were safe. I cannot imagine a more attentive host. Truly concerned with ensuring we had a great stay. We know exactly where we're going to stay the next time we need to visit family in McKinney. This home & host are amazing!

The owner, very responsive, water pressure was great, the shower was great. The heater when it came on woke us up, the kitchen lacked bowls that were not plastic (microwave anyone), we watched TV through our computer connected via my HDMI cable as the free ROKU offers very little.

This was the perfect place for 3 adults and 3 dogs. Came for a wedding. Location is perfect. Close to amenities but in a neighborhood. Host, Kathy, went out of her way to be sure we had everything we needed!!!!

Kathy the property manager was so helpful and checked on us periodically to make sure we had what we needed. Home was very comfortable, met our needs and convenient to historic downtown McKinney. Very quiet neighborhood. My dog loved the fenced backyard. Again, Kathy was a great person to rent from. Will come back here if I need a place to stay.

Kathy has been there when I lost my mom and when we needed to back with family again. She is an amazingly caring host and very understanding of when our schedule changed. She's been the light in our darkness and we very much appreciate her. The home is clean, easy to find and the neighbors are very welcoming. This place was a wonderful stay for my family and our dogs. They have a fenced in backyard for the dogs to run around and all of the amenities and details for comfort. There was a large water bowl full of water waiting for our pups and a variety of k cups for an enjoyable morning with some coffee or cappucino.
