Property is Nice security is tight but makes you Feel Safe . Room was clean the view was great from the Room . Only two Conplants All beds in Each Room was hard has a Rock very uncomfortable. Up on arrival when we got into the Room there was Fitness Center Card had like we asked for had to drive across town to pick up card .

Very pleased with the virtual check in option. We loved how the condo was close to many restaurant options. Very clean condo and building to stay in. The bunk bed room was a great place for two teens to have.

The condo is very run down, limited kitchen supplies. Bathroom caulking has mold. Refrigerator door does not stay closed and the TV which in the 3rd bedroom does not work.

The trip was great! The unit could use some TLC - especially with the wet areas. The kitchen light cover was cracked and hanging loose upon arrival. I called it in, but no one came while we were there. The fridge door doesn’t close on its own, so you have to be sure to close it firmly. The elevators are full during prime check in, check out and dinner time. I wish the property would stagger check in and check out times by floor so guests don’t have to wait 30+ minutes to get an elevator.

Stay was nice, amenities are great. Leading up to the stay communication (asked questions 2 times with no response) was bad. Floors were dirty as well as bathrooms. Standard things (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, enough towels) were not provided. During stay we emialed for simple things like more plates and baking sheet- these were privided quickly and much appreciated. Overall stay was good, a few small enhancements would go a long way in improving what is a good condo in a great location with awesome amenities.

Very poor communication company had us running around like a wild goose chase. Email stating tower 1; management sent us to tower 2; Sooo crowded on check in had to wait over 30 min to even get to elevator.
Property shows obvious gym access that’s one of the main reasons ‘em we choose property. Asked front desk first night they state that we need to contact property management so got ahold of them the next day they stated that we had to go to another building to get access. Then go to that building then they state gym access is for property owners only. Very deceiving

We enjoyed our stay at Majestic Towers Beach Resort. The unit is as listed but could use some updating. Overall, we would stay at the resort again.

Family Vacay 2022
Overall, we were very pleased with the property. The unit itself needs some updating-the TV’s in the unit were all difficult to work. Multiple remotes that really seemed to do nothing-kids TV in bunk room never worked properly (TV was in Spanish and remotes had corroded batteries). There was one remote that worked for the living room TV and the Master bedroom. Also-you must point the Remote directly at the xfinity box which isn’t in a convenient place. There were not enough forks, no hot pads for when food was cooked. Also-it should be explicitly stated in listing that there is no access to the workout facility…that may not matter to some, but we would’ve liked it and you cannot even pay extra for it. The beach chair rentals per day are super expensive but it comes with cabana cash to help you keep the drinks coming :-) which coupled with the views takes away the sting of how much money you pay for the chairs. They also promptly start packing up the chairs and umbrella at 5 pm. Overall we liked the Majestic Towers and would stay there again. The unit itself needs some updating.

Our Family Spring Break
Property was as listed. Was overall a great stay, clean and great location. Thermostat didn't regulate well, tv wouldn't change channels and door code stopped working at 7 am the day of departure. Would stay here again.

The property itself was nice. I have three major complaints.
1. How do you have a property that sleeps 9 but only give 1 parking pass? Unless you are driving a bus or a sprinter van this makes no sense their should be at least two for the amount of money you spend.
2. No Access to all the amenities we simply wanted to go to the gym and their is a full service gym in building and couldn't go b/c we wasn't given access. So, you might want to let people who are staying know that ahead of time.
3. It rained most of our stay and we wanted to stay in and watch March Madness basketball and none of the TV's worked they would come on but we couldn't turn the channel so for 3 days we had no type of in home entertainment. Very upsetting. The technician came out twice and still couldn't get it fixed.

Some areas, such as the sliding door channels hadn't been cleaned in a longtime. More attention to detail in cleaning would give it a 5-start rating, rather than 4. There are some other cosmetic issues, such as thermafoil peeling off the cabinet doors, a missing pull handle on a kitchen drawer and the finicky A/C cutoff for the doors. Management and the A/C folks were very responsive though. Got through to them immediately upon calling.

Very impressed with the location, cleanliness, spaciousness and the VIEW is spectacular! We drank our morning coffee on the balcony every morning, watching schools of sting rays making their way across the shoreline. We slept peacefully at night listening to the sounds of the ocean. The location is close to everything and the parking garage was easy to navigate!
The resort itself is perfect for a family with multiple pools, a restaurant, Starbucks and exclusive beach access! We loved the chair rental service that gave us a front row seat to paradise.
Five stars would be possible with some TLC. The kitchen isn’t fully stocked and could use a few essentials (more cookware, cooking utensils, a colander and pot holders). Assuming many families make meals “at home”, it would be nice to have everything necessary. There is also some damage to the cabinetry. The balcony light doesn’t work and the lounge furniture was covered in cigarette ashes, which was unpleasant.
Overall the condo itself was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Check in went smoothly. Most of the experience went well but had a few issues.
The few issues we had was a lamp was partially broken with glass exposed. No dust pan. And a handle on a drawer was broke. The main sliding door wouldn't latch. But the help desk just seemed as if they wanted to be off the phone as fast as possible.
We would rent from this unit again. Views were amazing as your on the 22nd floor. The elevator opens up to your room and takes u to the entrance to the pool.

The property was as advertised. The space was clean. I liked that there were plenty of towels and washcloths and they had starters for soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and trash bags. If our stay had been longer I would have needed to purchase additional but for our short stay it was adequate. The only thing that could have been better was directions once you arrive at the property. We had keyless entry and could go direct to the unit but Parking was not clearly laid out in any communication. It is across the street and you will need to stop on the 3rd floor parking to unload. There were trollies we could use for our luggage etc. and that was nice since you have a pretty good hike across the skybridge to the elevators to the unit. We had to stop at the front desk and ask where to park, they did not tell us about the unloading opportunity either, went to the parking garage and I overheard someone else say 3rd floor to unload so we asked about it. No one volunteered the information. Once we got parked and our stuff schlepped over to the unit it was a great stay. The view was exceptional and we saw dauphins everyday. I would suggest binoculars, that would have been a plus for the wildlife viewing from the balcony. It was a nice stay everything we needed was there and we went for the beach view and it was beautiful!

We stayed 5 days. Indoor pool in our building was closed throughout our stay, outdoor pools were ice cold all day. We finally found indoor pool on day 3 in other tower which was heated and nice. Great views! Nice to sit on balcony and sunbath in afternoons and watch sunset. Nice centralized location, able to walk to many nice restaurants. Short drive to marina for boats rides.

Fall PCB
The property itself was very well kept and clean. The unit was a little beat up and needs a deep clean. Carpet was stained and felt gross to walk on. Refrigerator needs repaired. Has a major leak. Be prepared to walk a long distance to and from parking area. I didn’t mind until hauling groceries to and from. The beach was beautiful and so was the view. The weather was amazing and location was great. Overall, we had a great time! The minor details regarding room were not make or break.

We loved being on the 22nd floor!!! We were able to see lots of marine life from our balcony. The beach was a little crowded be we did not know that bordering states were on Fall Break. The pool areas were kept very clean. The elevators were a little slow, but again, I am sure it was because of the amount of people at the condos for vacation. We were close to stores and restaurants. The condo is clean and well kept. The furniture was comfortable. I have bad hip joints. I never woke up in pain. I loved we had enough space for everyone to have their own space and not be on top of one another as well! Would definitely rent this condo again.
