Our townhome is recently designed and decorated to be a sleek & modern showstopper with the utmost comfort. Wander through our 3-story townhome & enjoy beautiful details & color with mid-century modern accents and plenty of live greenery.  The Abshier Heights is a luxurious newly developed townhome community on the mountainside of Fayetteville. You'll be tucked away from traffic but close enough to have walking access to anything you might need and only 1 mile away from the town square. Guest Access: Youll have access to the entire home, both balconies, the grill, kitchen and any amenities that you may see. The only area you will not have access to is the garage. There is one parking spot directly in front of the house, but multiple overflow parking spots in the driveway just feet away from the front door. You will not have access to the garage during your stay. Cohobnb Properties will be available for any need you may have during your stay via phone or in person. We happily stock all basic welcome amenities for your stay with us! We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Other Things to Note: House Rules Strictly Enforced: Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000. Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
