Perfect get away. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and had all the amenities we needed. Close to Charlestown beach and a short ride to other state beaches. We highly recommend and would definitely reserve again.

Overall we had a great stay. The house itself is very nice with plenty of space.....except the upstairs shower, that takes some finagling if you're an adult. We weren't a fan of the South Kingstown town beach. It was very rocky and un-swimable due to "red tide" but beaches like Scarborough and Roger Wheeler were a short drive away.

Property was clean, well kept. Smaller than we thought. Outside shower was fantastic after the beach! Upstairs shower is not big enough for anyone over 100lbs. Super small but we did make due. Would be beneficial to have a clothesline or sheltered area to dry beach stuff. Garbage pick up is ONLY on Wednesdays in June....you must remove all other garbage yourself. This is extremely inconvenient and quite odd. Neighborhood and neighbors were fantastic!

Property is in generally good condition. Had problem with dining room chairs with spindles coming out. Found glue on premises and repaired. Trash collection was amiss but was corrected by owner on the next day. Owner was more than polite and helpful and even presented us with a gift certificate to a local restaurant. Class act. VRBO was not as quick to respond to trash problem as expected. They seemed very confused. Linens were clean but upstairs bed did not have mattress cover. Mattress is a bit used. No remote for DVD player. Our stay was pleasant and the house was sufficient for four adults, a child and a dog. Dog friendly neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone wishing a comfortable yet modest getaway.

Quiet street off of busy roads, 2.5 miles to Charlestown Beach. We rode our bikes back and forth. Nice private yard. Small deck on front of A-frame house. Clean, yet a bit dated with bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning units were great in each room, even the main living area. A bit overpriced for value, but realtor was the property manager. Nice stay overall!
