Tolle Lage direkt am Wasser

We love that the property is a lakehouse and the view of the living room was fantastic! The area is quiet/Anjum is mainly surrounded by nature. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. We had all the cooking utensils we needed in the kitchen. There's plenty of natural light coming into the house, which we loved. For cold nights, the inside of the house stays warm. The property is as described and pictured here on Booking.com. The property manager was helpful and quick to answer any inquiries we had. The supermarket is a quick drive away and there are nice little towns nearby. Make sure to taste the Frisian suikebrood!

Just a few suggestions: coasters and a non-slip mat in the shower area.

The views from the house are just stunning. The kitchen is complete with oven and dishwasher. A separate toilet is very useful in case you share with others.

We missed the basic amenities (coffee, tea, dishwasher soap). Instructions were in Dutch and German, but not in English.

Everything went well and the staff was very accommodating. The view in the chalet is amazing and the area is quiet, so it was perfect to relax in peace.

Great house, great view from the living room and from the terrace. All right on the water and with all facilities at your hand. The host was very responsive and allowed for a late checkout. Highly recommend!

The strong (North)eastern wind made it too chilly for most of the time to sit on the terrace near the water, despite the 20C temperatures. Also no sun on this terrace later in the day. Nothing the host can do about the weather of course and there's a terrace on the others side of the house where, shielded from the wind where, you can sit in the sun and relax.
