About this house rental
Nestled in Grand Beach, this lovely house for $2,803 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This is THE spot to gather, connect and celebrate. The newly remodeled, upscale chic beach home is the ideal retreat for multiple-family getaways, girls' weekends and Notre Dame football weekends! Newly remodeled kitchen, bathrooms & bedrooms! Painted throughout! BRAND NEW furniture, linens, beds, etc! The spacious & amazing backyard includes a pool, fire pit. The basement bunk and family room is perfect hangout for the kids. New furniture, paint and design makes this home the ultimate beach town escape! We know it will make for amazing memories regardless of the season and we've built and stocked the house just for that! The home is a block from scenic Lake Michigan, take the golf cart out and drive around the community. Due to high waters we do not have beach in our community. 4 miles away is New Buffalo Beach or 8 miles away to Michigan City Beach. You'll have full access of this large home. Feel free to reach out if you have questions, but you should easily have everything you need! This private neighborhood is dreamy and secluded! However, should you choose to be more active; there are trails for exploring, a park close by, and plenty to do in the surrounding towns! You'll have your own golf cart to zip to the park and around the neighborhood! We will provide you a guide at the house that captures local recommendations for food and sights and any other pertinent information for your stay. Guest must be at least 25 years old to rent the home. 1. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules which are the sole responsibility of the guest. 2. Maximum Occupancy: The Maximum number of guests in the home is limited to 19 Persons unless approved by the owner. 3. Additional overnight guests are not allowed without the expressed written agreement of owners and may be subject to an additional per-person rental fee. 4. Please be aware that this is not a “PARTY HOUSE.” Please enjoy yourself, create beautiful memories, and take care of the home we love. 5. SMOKING/VAPING allowed outside only. Please dispose of all cigarette butts. 6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If you should move anything around please put it back where it was. RESPECTFULLY WHEN MOVING ANY FURNITURE PLEASE LIFT THE FURNITURE SO THAT IT DOES NOT SCRATCH THE FLOORS. 7. We make every effort to maintain an immaculate home for you to enjoy. To keep the carpets and floors clean and free from tons of sand we ask that you remove your shoes before entering. 8. Please be respectful of our neighbor’s peace and quiet. 9. Everything in the home and garage is available for your use. Please take care of our fun things to enjoy and return them where they belong before you leave. 10. The home is privately owned; the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. 12 family and friend stayed at Mainstay during Labor Day Week. Lovely, clean, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, excellent pool and yard. We loved it. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful house with plenty of space for all the ladies. The pool was amazing. We even used the fire pit area at night. There isn’t a beach but the neighborhood is really upscale with gorgeous homes to look at. There is a nice lake access with a gazebo to check out Lake Michigan views. Lisa was a terrific host and responded quickly with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property if hanging at the pool and just chilling is what your after.

We are a family of 15 with 7 children ages 5 months to 10 years. We all enjoyed this property very much. Everything was perfect! The kitchen was very well supplied for our large group. The pool was so much fun for us all, and there were plenty of beach towels for everyone. And we loved having the golf cart so that we could tour the lovely neighborhood and go the shoreline to see the sunsets. We would love to go back next year!!

We wanted to get away for a nice weekend getaway for New Years with the family! This was the perfect home. We had 18 of us and it was spacious, clean, and so beautiful inside. Highly recommend! Lisa was also so responsive for any questions! It was my first experience using vrbo and it was great!

My family and I had a great time visiting Grand Beach. The house was beautiful and the hosts are very responsive and helpful! When we got there, the pool heater wasn’t working and the coffee pot had a small break. Michelle and Lisa immediately (within one hour) purchased and delivered a new coffee machine and also scheduled someone to come out to the pool to fix the heater. We had an amazing vacation swimming in the heated pool, enjoying s’mores by the fire-pit, whipping around the neighborhood on the golf-cart and enjoying the lovely and spacious home. As an fyi - there is no beach access walkable from the house but you can get there on the golf cart. All in all, a wonderful time!

The home is beautifully decorated, very comfortable furniture and beds. Some needed items were delivered after a few phone calls. Non working golf cart issue was solved after a few days. Pool was great!
Owners/managers easily contacted. Aside from all the good things about the home, sorry but it is still overpriced!

A wonderful home in a great location
We enjoyed our stay a lot. The house had everything our family needed to have an amazing trip. The pool was the highlight for all of the kids while the house had plenty of room for each member of the family to be comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was wonderful. We highly recommend this house.

Beautiful home in a great location!
Fit our large group perfectly and the house was lovely! Great decor and plenty of room to be comfortable for our guests. Hoping to return in warmer months to enjoy the fabulous backyard some more. Lisa was a great host and made the entire process easy and had some excellent suggestions for us during our stay. Would highly recommend to all!

The check in and check out process was very easy and the house had everything we could have ever needed. Lisa and Michelle were very communicative and even accommodated some of us coming earlier to start decorating the house. The power went out during our stay because there was a bad storm and Michelle was on top of it right away. All of the girls loved the house. We wish we could have stayed longer just so we could have enjoyed more of what the house has to offer!

This is a perfect house for a get together with family and friends. This was a great stay for friends doing a long-weekend stay – the bedrooms are very well divided, the wifi signal is strong, the heated pool is nice, and the house is walking distance to the beach. The host is very hospitable and accommodating. Would love to go back again here next year!

The location is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The property manager, Lisa, is very responsive and arrived within 10 minutes to address a minor problem that occurred on our first day. It was too cold to make much use of the pool, but that would have been a nice amenity as well on better weather days.
Only minor complaints are that there is no actual beach access in the neighborhood because the beach has fully eroded (though there’s a beautiful large beach in New Buffalo), and that the curtains and blinds in certain rooms were insufficient to block out the light.
