Nestled in Lake Junaluska, this charming house for $294 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Cozy and charming 50's cottage with 4 bedroom and 3.5 baths. Wood walls and floors, updated kitchen with granite countertops and an open floor plan make this a great place for families to relax and reconnect. The main floor has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has full size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower; the second bedroom has two twin beds and shares a jack and jill full bath with the third bedroom which also has a full size bed. A fourth bedroom is located in the sunny lower level with separate entrance and has a full size bed and bath with shower. This home is located in an easily accessible and convenient location to all that Lake Junaluska has to offer (recreation amenities accessible to all, rental rates are on your own.) A well-behaved dog may be permitted by the owner, provided the dog is crated when left alone.We also require that dogs not be allowed on all beds and furniture nor scratching flooring and crated when left alone. Provided towels and linens are NOT for pet use, please be a responsible pet owner; pet owners who do not follow the rules are subject to additional cleaning fee. Respecting these guidelines enables us to continue to offer a home for pets and their families. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required prior to arrival. Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog and an additional pet fee will be required to be paid. We will request the additional monies after the reservation is confirmed. If any pet is brought to the premise without receiving prior approval and/or the $150 per pet fee being paid, you will be charged a $500 pet penalty for each unauthorized pet and subject to being asked to leave immediately. This property is managed by a North Carolina Real Estate Firm. You will receive a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement from our reservation system that must be signed as part of this Agreement and the renter is bound by the terms of that Agreement.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The lake, pool and other amenities close by were perfect, very walkable area, even with narrow roads. House was clean, very nice spaces. Loved the front porch and the rocking chairs. My only concern would be the parking. The description states that there is parking in front of the house, which there is, but I think you need to be sure people know that there is only 1 space to park at the property and it is a smaller space, a mini-van fit but just barely and it has a steep entrance. Otherwise - we were very comfortable there and would rent again if we head back to that area.

Everything worked well for our family of 7. Location was amazing, with lots to do nearby and easy access to grocery store and restaurants. Had one hiccup with the pass code on the lock but it was resolved very quickly with amazing text support from property manager. Would definitely stay again!

Your home was a cozy place for the entire family. It was easy to find and had plenty of room for our big daily ,it included 3 full bathrooms. Which is a plus when you have a big fault.The location was perfect for snow skiing and snow tubing. Would stay again.

Spacious 3.5 baths. 4 BR all quite comfy, large lot for kids!! Community has plenty to do. Small beach w all water toys, shuffleboard, tennisAnd hiking. Beautiful site !!

We felt the place was surface clean but not thorough.

We felt the place was surface clean but not thorough. We dropped something that rolled under a dresser in the first bedroom and under the bed and dresser it was extremely dirty/dusty. I would point out that upon arrival we noticed a crack across the across the top of the footboard, about 2-3 inches from the top in the bedroom that had the double bed with the shared bath.(I took a picture of it.) Had a couple of issues with lights not working and Sunburst sent someone out within about 30 minutes and the issues were all corrected....turns out bulbs were burnt out.
