Keep in mind these are the same rules that are expected to be followed in a hotel, in which public amenities are closed during quiet hours. If you plan to be loud and boisterous past Quiet Hours please take it inside the home. 3. Spa and pool heating are extra. $25/day for spa heating and $100/day for pool heating. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of pool heater as it takes 10 hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in. 4. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning. 5. Minimum 25 years of age to book. 6. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises. 7. No more than 6 vehicles allowed. 8.
