This property is in a great location and the the cleaning fee is really for that, not for us to clean before we left! Best experience with VRBO yet.

We absolutely loved our stay. The view from the deck is gorgeous. The house is extremely clean and very well stocked with everything you need. I was traveling with three older people and they had no trouble navigating Into or out of the house, which was welcome because we have stayed in places with stairs that make it quite difficult for older folks. We would definitely recommend this to home to all.

Great property to enjoy a family vacation. The only concern was the Wi-Fi was very slow, making it difficult to stream. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody that wants to have a very enjoyable, family vacation!

We own a home on Thunderbird Lake and have been going to the Village for almost 50 years…so we are huge CV fans. Needed extra sleeping space for a family gathering and this home was an excellent choice for that need. Everything about it was very nice

We had a group of three generations. There was ample space for us. The deck was wonderful! The photos on the listing were pretty accurate. I would say the house was furnished for function, not fashion. The photos showed a room with twin beds, there was actually a queen bed in the room. This could be an issue for some groups. The listing stated there was a hair dryer, there wasn’t. While there was no grill listed as an amenity, it is wise to note there is no grill on the property. Five days after check out, I received an email from the property damage insurers stating my claim had been assigned a claim number. I did not submit a claim as at the time, I was unaware our party had caused any damages. I reached out to the owner by VRBO inbox for more information. While my messages were answered promptly before and during our stay, this went unanswered. I then called Crystal, the property manager and asked if a claim had been made. She said ‘Yes’ we had burned the dining table. I knew this was not possible as we had put nothing hot on the table. Our third day was the first time we had used the table to eat. I did notice damage when setting the table, but didn’t think one of us had caused the damage. The mark on the table top was noticeable but fit with the use seen on some of the other furniture. I will admit this conversation got a little ‘hot.’ When I saw the grandkids later in the day, I asked if they knew anything about the table. My granddaughter said she spilled some nail polish remover but wiped it up. That made sense with the spot I saw, so I then knew we were responsible. I tried to call, leave a voicemail, text, and inbox message to ask for a callback to apologize and have my granddaughter explain what happened. We never received a call back. Fortunately, the insurance company has settled the claim so any future renters should have a new, or refinished, dining table. I don’t expect Crystal to say we are welcome to return as she did after our stay at another property last year, but that is okay, as I would not be interested in returning anyway.
