Cold
It was very clean and everything was working well.
The heating was very poor. We visited during winter time and heating didn't cover the whole property. I was expecting 2 rooms but it technically only had one shared room. The photos of the property wasn't clear on this.

COMFORTABLE, VERY CLEAN, GOOD PLACE FOR LONG STAY IN TOKYO!!
Very comfortable and clean accommodation, the location is good, with supermarket and convenience stores nearby; can freely enjoy living in the urban town house instead of the grand hotel.

The fire department in front of the building did have a lot of operations. So most nights were not all to great But thata not on the house itself
