VIOLATIONS OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN EVICTION, NO REFUND, AND POSSIBLE DAMAGE ASSESMENT. 2. HALLWAY ACTIVITY & QUIET HOURS: Please be mindful of your activity in the hallways. Common Sense applies here. Quiet Hours 10pm-8am Mon-Sun. Noise complaints will result in fines and or eviction. 3. NO SMOKING & NO VAPING: Not in the unit, not in the hallway. Not in stairwells, or in front of building. If you care to smoke/vape, please go to the back-parking lot. (Please Remember to Take your Key!) 4. FLOORS: Please be mindful of high heels, luggage, or items you may pull across the floor. Damage should be reported to Management! 5. HONOR BAR: This is a guest-maintained perk.
