Seas The Day was the perfect place for my family getaway. It was very spacious, clean, updated, and in a great location. The water could have been hotter in the bathrooms. Would recommend putting one or two chairs in the bedrooms so you wouldn't have to sit on the bed and a few more chairs on the balconies. Overall, I don't have any complaints and would definitely stay again and recommend it to other family and friends. Thank you again for your constant communication from the beginning to the end. Also, for your prompt response whenever we had a problem or concern.

The house was very nice. Had enough rooms and baths to accommodate my family. And it was close to shopping and restaurants. Great location. The staff was also very attentive. Will definitely book again.

The house was excellent! We were a large group of 19, yet the house felt spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the private pool and the easy walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable as well. Overall, great stay and would recommend. Will be booking again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. This house is set up very well for large families as there are plenty of beds and we really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The house is clean and well maintained. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. The pool is small but it was great to have for our kids. We would definitely stay here again if we visited this area.

Everything was just amazing from the beginning to the end. The host has great communication and the home was beautiful and clean. Made you feel just like you were at home. And beach was just around the corner. My family had a wonderful time here making new memories that will last a lifetime as we scattered my Sister's ashes to Sea. Thank you for this beautiful home and for all the wonderful customer services!

The house is exactly as pictured. The host was very accommodating when we asked for an early check in. Each room has a tv, the beds were comfy and we were able to fit everyone. The stay was perfect and I would definitely re book.

This home is perfectly located with a bathroom in each bedroom. It was so convenient for a large group! I loved that there was even enough seating for everyone to eat together at once. We were only a few steps away from the beach which was a huge plus! Communication is GREAT

This was a great house spacious for all our family. We got to Florida early and they let us check in early which was great for us because the kids were tired of being in the car.. I would book again it was amazing the pool was great and they also had a storage full of floaters for the kids.

The house is as appears in all pictures. Plenty room for 14 adults. Nice convenient location. We had 2 minor issues. First 3 of the pool walls had big yellow stains on them. No biggie. However, when in the pool if you happened to grab a section of the pool rim to get out or steady yourself there was a goop or algae the same color as the spots on the walls. We called the management company and they were very responsive. The pool contractor was out, in the rain, and scrubbed the whole pool. He asked if we would like it “shocked”, but as we would have had to abandon the pool for 4 hours we declined. The other issue was there was no ice in the ice maker in the refrigerator. Actually looked like pieces were missing. Eventually it made about 8- 10 cubes every 1/2 hour or so. Again no biggie. Grocery was right down Hwy. 98. So yeah, just little inconveniences. Overall nice home and nice stay.

Loved the house! It was perfect for our family. It had a well stocked kitchen (but needing a new toaster, both toasters available burned the bread and cooked unevenly). The pool was a great place to relax in after a long fun day at the beach. Thank you!

Everything was excellent. My family made many good memories. The only thing I think you can change is the couch. It was to low and soft. Hard to sit in and get up out of. Beds in all rooms were extremely comfortable. Pool was great, but loungers were cracked and should be replaced. couldn't believe the amount of pool/beach toys. Would definitely come back.

Our family had a wonderful time. The house is very nice and was perfect for our family which included 19 of us. The beds were very comfortable. The pool kept the kids entertained. There were lots of pool toys and beach chairs for the beach. Limited parking at the beach but it is an easy walk. Easy check in. We received a fast response anytime we contacted the rental office. We were able to park 6 midsize vehicles in the drive. I would have given 5 stars except for the following: there was a broken down wooden picnic table in the back yard, the white pool lounge chairs were dirty and some of them had broken slats on them, the kitchen/lr area floor was dirty and needed to be mopped. Overall, nice quiet location and beautiful house.

Our group of 19 (10 adults, 9 kids) had an absolute blast at this property. We'd come back again in a heartbeat. Everything was exactly as described and the communication with Diamond Destin was so smooth and easy throughout the week. Highly recommend!!

Seas the Day is a beautiful, spacious home. We had 20 in our group and had more than enough room. We rented 2 golf carts and didn't have any problems getting to the beach. We were happy with the location. I know it is difficult to keep cookware nice in a rental, but we really could have used a better skillet and some more kitchen towels. Other than that, everything was great!

The house was everything they stated. Our kids and grandkids loved it and we are talking about making it a every other year get together. The house was very clean and just refreshing, only draw back some what was us old people with bad knees getting out of the wrap around sofa lol. I would rate it a 10

The house was fantastic - tons of room and all the amenities needed. The rental agency also did a fantastic job with constant communication, check-ins, etc along the way. I couldn't have asked for a better stay! we really enjoyed our vacation!
