(Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver) The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles. No RV's, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed. *Check In – 4PM (Central) *Check Out – 10AM (Central) The community pool is heated from Nov - March. Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided. If you would like an additional golf cart or electric vehicle we suggest contacting Ecco Motors. They will deliver any electric vehicle and bicycles to ALL of our locations! Furthermore, they will give you 10% off as well. This means all you have to do is call their phone number and tell them that you are staying with us. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information. Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding! Please note there is a ring doorbell camera in front of the entrance. Non Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.
