A dam that is located on the property is a local watering hole for wildlife including kangaroos, wombats, ducks and livestock from adjoining properties. The kitchen is fully equipped including oven, cooktop, and microwave. Alternatively, the town of Lithgow is only 10 minutes away by car with a small selection of old-world and modern cafes and take away restaurants.
