Le logement a beaucoup de charme. Il est situé dans une magnifique maison ancienne. L’emplacement proche de la cathédrale et du pont qui amène au centre ville est parfait
Certains équipements sont un peu vieillots, sans que ça nuise à la qualité du séjour.

Der Aufenthalt bei Lene war unvergesslich. Die Villa ist ein Traum und die Aussicht atemberaubend!
Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt und wurden sehr lieb betreut!
Lene ist immer für ihr Gäste da, gibt Tips und sorgt sich.
Wir würden immer wieder bei ihr buchen!
Die Nähe zur Stadt und die Busanbindung sind perfekt. Man ist zentral und doch nicht mitten in der Stadt.
Am Ende unserer Reise wurde unser Flug gestrichen und Lene hat uns sofort bei sich aufgenommen. Wir sind ihr sehr dankbar!!

Lovely views. Nice and cosy. Perfect location with easy access into the city. Staff were exceptional in all aspects. Gave us advice on transport options and events. Even booked us onto some attractions during our stay. The owners were fantastic and were really looking forward to coming again. Best holiday and best property to stay in!

Clean and beautiful place. Ease of communication with owners. The pictures on site was kind of misleading though -- we thought we were getting a room upstairs, with balcony. The one given to us at the ground floor room was actually nice but without the viewing area. The pictures on site shows "all".
The area is slippery (we came on a snow season Jan 15-18), and even the taxi drivers were complaining. Good thing we had spiked crampons.

Central location, friendly host
At the introduction and booking i didn't know, that we had to stay downstairs. With the photos from the view and terrace we thought we would be staying in the villa itself, but we got a flat at downstairs, which also okay was. Only misleading.

The hosts were so hospitable and friendly. They did everything they could to give us a welcoming and comfortable stay. They even set up the fire pit and brought the bench to a scenic spot behind the house and laid it with reindeer skin so that we can have a nice, warm campfire in the snow. The rooms were also all warm and toasty - even though it was snowing outside! It was a wonderful stay. We loved it absolutely and we would come again if we have the chance.
Would be great if you could advise us early about the need for spikes on our shoes for the walk from the bus stop to the house. It was a little challenging for us new visitors to Tromso weather in winter.

The bathroom is too small and 1 toilet is challenging for 6 people. it would be perfect if the fireplace worked

Property on hill slope with nice view of Tromsø.
It is some distance away from city centre requiring bus or taxi ride. I recommend taking the taxi as the nearest bus stop is 6 minutes walk away.

communication from Lene was excellent and we felt very prepared before our arrival and during our stay. the location was wonderful and close enough for a 30min walk into tromso central whilst being very quiet. the rooms were comfortable and large living space meant we could spend time with our friends whilst also having our own privacy when wanted

The apartment was very comfortable for our family of four. The location was convenient, and walkable to some of the tourist sights. We were able to enjoy views of the midnight sun from our balcony, and it was spectacular. Our hostess was very welcoming and helpful with answering our questions and making sure we had what we needed.

This amazing apartment is in walking distance to the Arctic Chapel and Fjellheisen cable car. The view from the living room is absolutely stunning; we have even seen Northern lights several times from there. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. The host is just super nice and always there if you need anything. We can highly recommend the Arctic Villa and would come back any time!

We had a great stay in Tromsø. The appartement is central and a bus station nearby. We were a group of 5 and had a comfortable stay at Lene’s place. I would definitely recommend staying here :)

The location was great. The Villa was cozy and clean. The Toilet was warmer than the rooms.
It was Winter and the Villa was cold, there wasnt enough heating, although the Owner had provided us a portable Heater. It wasnt enough as the rooms were cold at night.

The fact that the appartment didn’t have heat and we only had one heater for the entire place which wasn’t enough. And also in one room there was’t a bad but a inflatable mattress and the room temperature didn’t allow for this kind of replacement. The pictures from the boooking site doesn’t reflect the reality at least for this three-bedroom appartment.

The most impressive villa in Tromsø, overlooking the sea and the town. Quick walk over the bridge to reach Tromsø downtown. But: behind the house is the cable car Fjellheisen. Amazing view from the mountain!
Very warm welcome by the landlady. She offered fresh coffee and cookies during our stay in the garden.
The villa has an incredible charm. All needed facilities are there, but the villa / the apartment is not over-renovated.
