Our home is part of Punta Vista Signature Residences, a super deluxe 22 unit complex which is the most luxurious building in Punta de Mita. Our 24 hour doorman and pool attendant, as well as other building staff will have you feeling secure and well cared for. Your vacation should truly allow you to forget about the mundane chores of life so we include housekeeping 6 days a week to enable this. Relax on the large private poolside terrace featuring top quality outdoor dining and lounging spaces, adjacent to the largest infinity pool in Punta de Mita. Walk left along the beach for miles to explore our paradise, or walk 400 yards to the right down the beach to the El Anclote shopping district to enjoy a variety of world-class local restaurants and charming shops. Stroll inside your unit and enjoy the deluxe designer bar featuring ice maker, wine fridge, beverage cooler, and extensive indoor and outdoor glassware. Our home comes equipped with ample top quality beach towels, and pool toys to make the most of your week on the beach. Your large living area features an oversized smart TV, luxurious and comfortable furniture and large dining table. Chefs will appreciate the well-equipped deluxe kitchen. Local fish markets, shops and vendors allow you to shop in our little village for everything you need, or stop en route to your beach home at the large american style mega grocery complex. Don't feel like cooking, dozens of good restaurant options (from gourmet to budget friendly) are available within a five minute walk. The master bedroom features a deluxe king bed with premium quality linens, tv, sitting area, and an oversized beach-facing master bathroom featuring dual sinks, a soaker tub, large shower, and premium amenities. The second bedroom is larger than the master and also features a king bed with premium linens. An oversized lounging sofa converts to a double bed (with premium mattress) as well as a pull out single trundle bed. With its oversized bathroom and TV, this room could easily accommodate a couple with two children. Featuring wireless internet, phone (free US calling).

The condo was wonderful, we loved being right by the pool and the views of the ocean are spectacular. The town is small and sleepy but we liked that.
The AC didn't work despite there being techs there daily. This made the hot, muggy nights a struggle. However, the beds were some of the most comfortable rental beds I've ever stayed in. Daily maid service was awesome, our housekeeper was sweet and THUROUGH.

This is an amazing ground floor condo right in front of the pool. Very roomy for two couples & the kitchen is well appointed. Would absolutely stay again.

We have stayed in this unit multiple times. Love the location on the pool level. Fully stocked and ready to relax as soon as you walk in the door. Staff at the building is so kind and attentive. Never a complaint!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Alan, our host, was very communicative and timely with everything. There was fresh home made guacamole and salsa waiting for us upon our arrival. Made by Isabelle our house keeper. Alan made sure we had candles and flashlight for hurricane Lydia Which fortunately was not too severe in Punta de Mita. The kitchen was well equiped. We appreciated having the water cooler. The infiinity pool is beautiful and well cared for. Being on the ground floor was perfect to be able to walk out to the pool. It is about a 12 minute walk into town with a few good restaurants and cafe.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful condo on the beach. It's on the edge of town which makes it very quiet but still super accessible. Highly recommend getting the golf cart rental for your stay. Jesus and the entire team was phenomenal to work with and communications through text were quick and helpful. We had a few friends stay at condos in town above the Tuna Blanca and while those were nice (also managed by the same PM), they were a little busier/louder as it was right in the heart of town. My only complaint was that those friends were not allowed to use our pool/beach area and were only allowed to visit our condo for a short period, despite the pool being completely empty. As a real estate investor, I totally understand the rationale behind the decision but it was still disappointing not to be able to share this wonderful location with our other family friends. Thank you, Jesus, for everything!

Great property that is the last complex at the end of town on the beach in Punta Mita. Place is huge for a 2 bedroom with a ton of living space (both inside and outside). Infinity pool was massive and there was plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The concierge service provided by Alan was great. We had an issue with our fridge and he had an bar fridge in place in under an hour until the fridge could be repaired. He was also helpful in arranging a whale watching tour, an onsite massage and any several offer inquires. Maid service daily expect for Sundays. 24 hour security at front door and pool area. A very relaxed setting as the beach was not very busy either. Town is also very quiet especially compared to Sayalita where we stayed previously. We liked the restaurant scene better in Sayalita, but you will not find a place like this in Sayalita. Overall it was a great experience and we look forward to coming back.

Overall experience exceeded our expectations. Property was meticulously maintained, staff was extremely helpful and kind. It was like a private hotel. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation, will definitely return.

My only suggestion is black out blinds or curtains for both bedrooms, as the lights from the exterior hallway (back bedroom) and around the pool are very bright, making sleeping a bit more challenging.

My family and I travel a few times a year and we always rent a house or condo. This by far has the best location and amenities. The condo is beautiful! Has everything you need! It’s huge too! I loved the simple decor too! The first floor was so easy with kids. Just walk right out to the gorgeous pool and beautiful beach! They have beach chairs, some pool floating, and towels. We would definitely stay here again!

We just returned from a one week stay in Condo 103. The place is huge and we loved being able to walk directly out to the pool. The property is well maintained and exceptionally quiet. The beach is clean and very swimmable. The town is authentic. It is walkable to the shopping district with restaurants and we felt safe any time we were out and about. This was truly a very relaxing stay.

Beachfront condo with authentic Mexico Vibe
The condo itself is beautiful! It’s very roomy and open and the views are amazing! It was very well stocked, and the concierge grocery delivery was definitely worth it!
Being on the ground floor was perfect because you literally just walk out to the pool and beach, and can hear the constant ocean waves. Very relaxing.
The workout room was perfect! Cardio equipment and free weights so you can definitely get your exercise in while you’re there.
The parking includes a garage space that fits any size vehicle. The front desk guys were very helpful and friendly!
The location of the complex was a little hard to find but the concierge met us right where we were, within minutes, and we followed him there. The roads are a little rough, and if you’re renting a car I’d get full coverage. When we returned the car, we had some wheel damage that I’m certain was due to the massive potholes in the street. If you don’t rent a car, consider a golf cart. Everything is within walking distance but it might not be suitable for older people or young children.
The village of Punta Mita has a very authentic feel, rather than a resort feel. My husband and I really enjoyed this part of it.
The condo complex backs right up to the village where the citizens live, so you get to experience the “real” Mexico vibe rather than the touristy resorts.

Our stay was the best! The staff at the property was extremely attentive (Clieber and Isabelle particularly stood out) and gave great insight to excellent local food. Our family loved walking out the patio, into the pool, and down a couple steps to reach the ocean. We would absolutely recommend this property- 1st class stay!

Beautiful 2-bedroom condo on the prettiest beach in Punta de Mita.
The condo is beautiful and is located on the ground floor on the nicest and newest condominium in Punta de Mita (outside the gates). These condos are extremely quiet and safe. They actually have a guard at the beach entrance and main entrance off the street 24/7. You can walk straight out the condo to a 'sandy' beach which is not the case in most places in Punta de Mita. So nice, we are looking to buy! Thank you for sharing!

We didn’t do any of the excursions and still had a great time. The condo is perfect while the pool needs some work but we are used to staying 5* and would book it again.

Wonderful vacation
The property was exactly as advertised. It is spacious and the location just next to the large pool is ideal. There were only a few guests at any one time at the pool so it often felt like we had the place to ourselves. The location is very convenient, just a 10 min walk to some great restaurants. There were multiple beach massage tents just a few hundred feet away with great pricing....$65 for an hour massage for two people...you cannot beat it. We would definitely return for a second visit.

Beautiful condo!
Clean and spacious. Ground floor location ideal for us with our kids. Concierge excellent. We would definitely come back and stay at the condo however we prefer the location inside the gates for the future. If you like being walkable to restaurants and more of an authentic Mexican village vibe than this is definitely the spot. So nice to have walks on the beach in the morning and also have a gym on site. Condo is very spacious and beds comfortable.

We had a very relaxing, comfortable stay! The staff made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. They helped us with services, groceries, and any questions we had about anything! The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a lovely stay!

Amazing experience and property
Property was clean, very spacious and the pool was great for lengths and a perfect temperature. Alan the concierge was terrific and the daily housekeeping was fantastic. The gym was ok but suitable with no complaints. Only downside was the people under 18 were not allowed in hot tub, but it was too hot to matter.
Loved everything about the property and would stay again.

Beautiful views and lots of convenience with concierge services
We have been going to Punta Mita for the last 6 years and staying in different condos by the beach. We liked our stay tis time too! Lots of convenience with the concierge service. Highly recommend to get the groceries service. Nice to get to the condo after long day of traveling and having the kitchen stock up. They welcomed us with complimentary salsa, guacamole and chips.
Views are beautiful and pool is great! Our son had lots of fun!
Condo could use more kitchen towels, bowls, and non-stick pans. We also missed having a grill.
Daily cleaning was nice and made our stay much more enjoyable. We had massage and chef coming to cook for us! Just sooo nice!
Be aware they are very strict with condo rules and you will be call out it you don't follow it.

Relaxing escape
Great location on ground floor, steps from nice pool and beach. Concierge service was just right…there when we needed them. Daily cleaning service was excellent.
Highly recommend using the grocery shopping service.
