Great location for Silver dollar city and Shepherd of the Hills!! All basic necessities supplied! Clean and welcoming. Only negatives were a slight pet smell but it is a “pet friendly” accommodation and we killed 3 wasps inside. Otherwise it was a great “home away from home “! Would definitely stay again.

Loved how clean the condo was and the fact that it is pet friendly. The condo is in such a beautiful area! We loved sitting out on the patio during our stay. However, I did not enjoy listening to stomping feet above me at all hours of the night and morning. Also, I did not enjoy the vacuuming that took place before 9 am above me. This place is really nice but I hope for future people who stay, it is quiet for them and they don't get the stomping feet above them at all hours of the day and night.

We booked an impromptu trip to Branson as a weekend getaway. Everything about the condo was as advertised and more. Great location, the condo was clean, quiet, nice view, it had everything we needed for our stay. Communication around check-in and check-out was great. We plan to come back and bring our family and stay longer Thank you.

Nice spacious unit, had almost everything we needed and super close to Branson Strip. Comfy beds and loved the extra space for the air mattress. Perfect place to bring your furry family members, no stairs and plenty of doggy bag stations around the property with beautiful walking trails.
We had issues with the key pad entry, but just ended up using the spare key for our entire stay, no problem. There was one chair with a wobbly leg, my handman husband was going to fix it, but the screw was warped. We just didn't use that chair, no biggie! The window in the front bedroom also leaks when it rains, we put towels down when we noticed to prevent water from pooling at the sill. Again, not a huge issue but it did rain a couple days during our stay. The only other thing was it would have been nice to have a baking dish to use, we ended up just buying a disposable aluminum one for what we needed for our meal.
Keep in mind, this property is VERY close to Silver Dollar City. Traffic tends to get backed up in this area, so have a back around route planned during peak entry/exit times to the park.
All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here, the property manager was very nice, checked in and made sure we didn't have issues. We would definitely stay again!

The owner was so kind and allowed us to check in early! We are so thankful for that. The condo itself was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for a weekend. The beds were SO comfortable and the unit was very quiet. We love this area for a visit to SDC as it’s basically across the street. If I had to find one thing to recommend for improvement it would be the living room furniture. The recliner was nice, but the futon was very small and my family of four didn’t have adequate seating. It was nice and new, but an actual comfy sofa and another recliner would make it perfect. We would consider returning if we didn’t need the seating space!

What is a clean and very nice property. Love the deck. Love the upgraded bathroom in the back bedroom. We would definitely stay there again. Close to the lake, very close to Silverdollar city, the place we went to the first night. Easy to check in. As far as cleaning goes, the couch bed cushion had a fingernail or toenail clipping, right under it and there was a very large spider web and spider on the deck. I think you should have bug spray on hand. The place was clean, just a toenail or finger nail clipping kind of freaked me out. But honestly I’d stay there again. Thank you.

The host was attentive when we contacted her with an issue and got it solved that afternoon on a holiday weekend no less! We would definitely recommend this place!

Everything was fairly clean except for the sofa bed. When we pulled it out to make it up with sheets and blankets there were stains, crumbs, and hair on the mattress pad that was left on the bed. Other than that it was a good place for our family to stay and we will consider staying here in the future.

The Indian Point Complex is very run down. Broken street signs, most decks falling apart, trash bins overflowing. The deck to get in the front door was falling apart.
When we went into the Condo there was a musty/mildew smell. The outdoor patio had what looked like black mold so we were not even able to enjoy it. The bathtowels were terribly stained. Large spider on the ceiling.
We called the owner and she did have the cleaning people there quickly to take the dirty towels and change one of the sheet sets.
On the first night we started noticing bug bites. This continued throughout our stay. We discussed this with the owner and was told that it had rained for a straight week and the bugs are out. In general, the whole complex is very run down. The condo was in need of a true deep cleaning and updates. Very disappointing. Don't let the good price fool you.

Great place to stay
This is a little late but I was thinking of going back here so thought I should still go ahead and write a review of my stay last summer —I stayed in this condo for a few days with my daughter, my two grandkids under 5, and my 80-year-old mother, and all of us had a great time! It was just perfect and had everything we needed. Clean and nicely decorated condo. I will definitely stay here again (and hopefully visit Silver Dollar City). Perfect location (I have a bad knee and this is ground level access with no stairs and right across the street from the pool, so that was definitely a plus)!

Very Nice Condo
We were pleasantly surprised how beautiful, clean and bright this condo was. The owner has thought of everything we could have needed. Would highly recommend and will look to see if this owner has other properties to stay in during future travels! If you are heading to Branson area, check this beauty out!

Where's the Lake View?
The overall property of Eagle's Nest is needing attention. Paint & repairs on buildings plus some overdue upgrades and landscaping. Individual condo was expensive for type /age of decorations and condition plus requirements for tidying up prior to departure. I was also disappointed that there was no Lakeview as shown on the rental site.

Great little place
This was our first time to Branson and this place was perfect for our family. My inlaws and our family of 5 fit perfectly.

Great location and very clean no stairs very close to the pool.
We stayed July 14-19. The condo was perfect. We had everything we could need for our stay. Just Bring your cloths, swimming suits necessaries and some food and you will have a fun time. Condo is right across the parking lot from pool which was very convenient. The owner Amy was very helpful and responsive. Although we did not go this time to Silver Dollar City it was very close. The short hike to the lake was also very close and would have been perfect for fishing or a dip in the lake. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Branson.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was easy to use the keypad to get in and out. I could communicate with questions through text.
