Plenty of space in the room to store suitcases and a generous sized bathroom. The staff were well informed and helpful.

The room furniture was fairly spartan and the beds had very sharp corners - easy to knock into when trying to find the bathroom in the dark! It has been recently converted from being an aparthotel and they are still putting up pictures etc, which will help to soften the whole effect.

Está muy céntrico, muy tranquilo, sin ruido. Muy limpio y con todo lujo de detalles, el personal muy profesional y dispuestos a hacer la estancia más agradable. El aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla y el baño cuenta con todo lo necesario. Sin duda volveremos a este hotel

Ubicación excelente, la habitación algo fuera de lo normal " dos baños completos, sala de estar con sofá y tv de 65''. Dormitorio súper amplio con uno de los baños y armario igualmente en el dormitorio otra tv de 65''. El mobiliario súper nuevo y funcional.

Nada más entrar en la recepción no sabes si estás en una galería de arte o en un hotel. La planta baja tiene distintos ambientes, todos decorados con mucho gusto. El personal muy amable, siempre dispuestos a solucionar cualquier consulta. La habitación es enorme, con vestidor. La cama muy cómoda. El desayuno, correcto. A destacar que el café es Nespresso y que fuera del horario de desayuno puedes usar gratis la cafetera. Se agradece mucho poder tomar un buen café al regresar de noche al hotel antes de subir a la habitación. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de Jerez, con multitud de bares y restaurantes a pocos metros, pero en una calle muy tranquila. Al estar en el centro no se puede aparcar en las inmediaciones, pero el parking de Plaza Arenal está a dos minutos andando y tiene precios asequibles (8€ al día). En resumen, una elección de lujo para pasar unos días en Jerez.

Well located 10 min away from the train and bus station and an even shorter walk to the main square. Also, some good local restaurants and bars are just minutes away. Staff was super friendly and actually gave me a very good dining recommendation. I had a deluxe double room which was super spacious and spotlessly clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel boutique excepcional, sorprende que sólo tenga una estrella. Al contrario de otras opiniones que he leído, ahora sí ofrecen servicio de bar y también desayunos, aparte de café todo el día. La habitación es grande, moderna y espaciosa, y el hotel ocupa un edificio emblemático en Jerez. Pero si he de destacar algo, es la extrema amabilidad y simpatía de los dos empleados del hotel que nos atendieron. Eficaces, agradables, hicieron todo lo posible por mejorar nuestra estancia en el hotel. Cosas como estas son las que se recuerdan después de un viaje. ¡Muchas gracias! Repetiremos.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The plaza Arenal, Calle Larga (shopping) and lots of restaurants are within 5 min walk. The Cathedral, Alcazar and Bodega Tio Pepe are less than 10 mins walk. Train station 10 mins. The suite was large, very clean and had an excellent shower system. The hotel itself is an old palace and is nicely decorated. The receptionists were all attentive, especially the male receptionist (sorry forgot his name) during the day who helped us rent a car and recommended places to eat and visit.

The continental breakfast was a little poor given the quality of the hotel.

The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pablo, Sandra, and Nazarez were delightful. We miss them, frankly. The room was fabulous, the hotel is exceedingly quiet, neatly furnished. A class act. The location was wonderful for us - an easy walk to many sites, restaurants, shopping, even bodegas. Highly recommended property.

The spotless room; the wooden floors, the white bed linen, everything! The room is spacious and very comfy. The bathroom/wc are separated by a wall fully furnished, very much appreciated. Our room was facing the main street (no noise) with two balconies, gorgeous view on the orange trees. The personnel, Pablo was very welcoming and friendly. The building has been totally renovated.

Very central. Rooms were spacious and clean with tasteful decor.

Shower kept running hot then cold.

I loved how open the suite felt. Not once did I feel cramped. The woman at the front desk was always beyond helpful and spoke english which made the check in process much smoother in our case. The whirlpool hot tub was fantastic and was absolutely the cherry ontop for the stay.

Altho I loved the shower itself it did only stay at the temperature of lobster boil the majority of the time. Probably an easy adjustment overall so not really A big down check in my mind.
