Lovely and very comfy budget option at Cozumel

Such a warm welcome and goodbye, staff are just amazing. I felt comfortable from the start. Also the apartment was great, very clean, comfy and spacious for a good price. It's a 15min walk from the main plaza which wasn't too bad and you pass by a really cool local cantina (I recommend it).

In the morning Netflix wasn't working for some reason, but that's it really.

Really nice staff, very comfortable rooms

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and ready to help. It was good value for the money.

The stuffs are amazing and they really helped us in our stay in cozumel. They did everything so our stay will be pleasant. I do really recommend oyo hotel also for the distance to downtown. 100/100

Very cozy hotel, felt very comfortable. There's also a police station across the road which brought an extra feel of safety. Would definitely come back.

The staff is super friendly and the location is decent, I was walking around most of the time, but the place is easy for taxies to find too and it is only 50pesos from the center of Cozumel.

Just the bathroom, the shower was very old and and difficult to use. Also there is no fridge in the rooms, not even a mini one... no kettle either, even though they have a kitchenet area.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. WiFi was excellent. I would definitely stay here again

The only thing I have to say is that the blinds needed some attention as several of them were broken so it made it difficult to open and use the balcony.

Firstly the staff, particularly Roberto, were amazingly friendly and helpful. the location is great and the room was nice.

the tv didn’t connect to wifi or the signal so was useless.

I had an awesome stay at OYO hotel dos Mundos, everything was perfect and the staff couldn’t do more to make my stay any better, highly recommend and will be back. my room was clean and huge!

Perfect stay

Everything was exceptional. From the check in where the owners were really welcoming and helpfull about everything and really nice in general, to the room what was much more then expected (big, clean, kitchen was great, great location, very good value for money), to the support and gift I got before Ironman competition from the owner. Also, WiFi was great. Reccomend :)

Room doesn't resemble the picture not even slightly, they charged extra for early check in Queen size bed is super small

Extremely small bed - impossible to get some proper sleep in 2 ppl which is quite a problem when diving each day. Kitchenette without any equipment - just a sink. Garden (or whatever it is) without any common area with seats or place to chill. As per the photo attached we were promised housekeeping every day, however no one has ever visited our room. (Don't get me wrong - I don't need clean bed linen every day, but taking care of garbage, bathroom should be mandatory). This was the worst accommodation from our Yucatan trip.

Big room with nice rest area, and very quiet. The staff is very nice.

Smells humid, internet is sometimes slow, and little far from the center.

Perfect stay!

You can park motorcycle on a garden which we appreciated. Nice, clean and cozy stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly!
