Staying here you’ll be just a few minutes’ drive to local beaches, golf courses and parks. YOu can even walk to San Clemente State beach, less than a mile away. The popular surf spots at Trestles beach at San Mateo point is just about one mile away, while San Onofre State Beach is just under 4 miles away, making this vacation rental a great choice for surfers and families wanting to cath some Southern California Waves! Things to know: Free WiFi Full Kitchen Living room fireplace is for aesthetics only and is not operable Parking for 3 vehicles- One in garage and two in driveway Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to reserve this rental and that guest must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian . We DO NOT allow EV charging at this time. 1 Small dog under 25lbs are allowed with an additional $30 Cleaning fee Additional dogs are 35$ per night. Contact for larger dog approval. Dogs are not allowed upstairs on the carpeted area. If carpet is stained due to animal there will be additional carpet cleaning fees. **We are available 24/7 for any questions or problems that might arise during your stay

Our son was being deployed with the Marine Corps and it was our last chance to say goodbye to him, so the location of this property was ideal. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was much appreciated and the entire rental was very well supplied with dishes and amenities. Loved the roof top deck.

Had a wonderful stay at Trestles Wave House in San Clemente. Very convenient location for our activities, and the hosts were great communicators. The condo was updated, lovely, comfortable and very clean. Everyone agreed it was a great stay.

The location is nice and the place is very clean and comfortable. The three bedrooms each with their own bathrooms was a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is clean, well supplied and lovely. Spices, coffee, coffee filters, etc. available. Lot of kitchen pots and pans. The managers are quick to respond to inquiries and check in to find out how things are going. We were delightfully surprised upon arrival to find a welcome sign with a bottle of wine, two wine glasses and a package to make popcorn. Just a lot of thought went into this rental and it is worth every penny. We have recommended it to a friend who lives in San Clemente and can refer visiting friends. The front patio and roof top patio are very nice but, given the freeway noise, too noisy to enjoy.

The place is beautifully updated and so much bigger than we expected!! Lots of space to spread out and enjoy your family with loads of dressers, closets, and supplies. Even a bottle of wine and popcorn to greet us :)
Sadly, we spent little time there. What we didn’t see mentioned in the reviews was the constant freeway noise (making the outdoor areas much less appealing) and the neighborhood did not feel family-friendly (Ex: Big Hellyon Saloon on the corner, liquor store nearby). Additionally, we did not find it to be a convenient location to the beach. Cannot recommend :(

Our family of four had a great stay at Trestles Wave House Condo A. The Condo was spacious and comfy! The only downside for us was that it is located right across the street from Highway 5. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for thanksgiving and it was perfect! Such easy check in and the hosts are super sweet. They checked in on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. The stay was everything we needed to get a good rest at night.

We have stayed in VRBO rentals for 10+ years and this rates among the best. For location, cleanliness, hominess, communication and ease of access! Loved your home filled with kitchen supplies (all labeled and carefully placed), games, bedding (baby bed too) lovely upgraded bathrooms and furnishings and a rooftop balcony to top it off! First choice rental for our next trip to Cali!!!

Beautiful condo with an ocean view just over the freeway
This home was absolutely beautiful and so very comfortable. Everything was so clean. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to cook. The back patio and roof patio are a little smaller than they look in the photos but you can see the ocean from the roof and it's beautiful. The house sits on a road that's not too busy but the freeway is also next the the street so there's definitely some noise from that but there's a bar and food within walking distance. Lots of great places to eat nearby. A beautiful neighborhood park for kids with very nice people. All the showers had amazing pressure. I would definitely recommend or stay again if I was in that part of Cali again! Lastly, big shout out to the owners they respond to every email so quickly. Stayed for the 4th of July and they gave great ideas for seeing the fireworks, really awesome people. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Great property near family in OC and San Diego, and close to beaches
We loved so much about this property. Clean, well-designed, and convenient to visit family in Orange County, close to many beaches, and surprisingly close to friends in San Diego. We also loved the beach/surf art (especially the mural on the back of the building). Owners were great to communicate with. We look forward to staying here again!

Large Condo
Beautifully updated property. Plenty of room for our family. Nice kitchen and gathering places for eating and hanging out. Close to freeway and front porch noisy and on busy street. But so close to beach and other attractions we didn’t mind. We would stay here again. Wish they allowed pets though.

The home was wonderful and perfectly located as our home base while we checked out the sites between LA and San Diego. It was super clean, comfortable and had everything you need. We will definitely return .

Wes and Tahnee were perfect hosts and the checkin is so simple. Convenient location to 5 freeway, though it is very close when it comes to a little traffic noise. Recommend just going to the Calafia state beach only a 2 min drive from house. The extras like beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, beach towels are thoughtful and very helpful in lightening the need to bring extras or buy extras. Thanks for the great experience!

About a 7 minute drive to the pier. I kind of liked being out of the way of major crowds. The house and porches are lovely and cool and clean. My husband and three girls were very happy with our stay!
