"Casa Paraiso" is a 3 story with over 3000 square feet beach house with a great location that is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping and night life. Catch the trolley just outside the house and take a ride throughout the Island. Take a short walk to shops, restaurants and bars. If you are looking for fun for the children, there is playground and park with basketball courts just across the street. Take a 2 minute stroll to the gorgeous sugar sand beach. “Casa Paraiso" offers a 5 bedroom, 4 bath house . The floor plan has a King Master Suite on the second floor along with another queen bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room area with a 65 inch Smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with all new major appliances . The kitchen also has 2 coffee makers including a Keurig. . The third floor offers 3 bedrooms including another King Master Suite, 1 Queen bedroom and the Kids room with a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) a separate twin and trundle bed, 2 bathrooms and a large living room area with a 65 inch Smart TV. The house is surrounded with 1500 sq feet of covered deck with dining and seating options to enjoy beautiful views of the sound and the gulf and refresh and enjoy the cool sea breeze. One of the living rooms has a new leather sectional sofa with many seating options and power reclining to enjoy a relaxing Movie time with your family and friends.On the ground floor, you can choose to lounge around a back garden paradise in the private gunite pool (heated during cooler months for a fee) and BBQ area where you can enjoy a delicious BBQ of your fresh catch of the day at the Pier or another meat of your choice.

This house was everything & more that we could ask for on our family vacation. Beautiful house, very roomy for the 10 of us adults, not a bad walk to the beach (which was beautiful & the water was cool) & great spot near all the shopping, boardwalk & dinner spots on the island. So thankful to host for answering/responding to our calls/messages. We will keep you in mind for any future stays. Thank you for everything. The Cato Crew

Very clean and nice beach house. We met Tim when we got to Penscola and he made sure everything was as it should be for our friends vacation stay at their beautiful beach house and he also gave us a list of some outstanding places to eat. Within walking distance to a lot of places which we enjoyed as well as a short walk to the beautiful beach. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be staying again in the future.

Property was clean and very convenient to the beach and lots of eating places. We recommend this place to stay. Only thing missing is a lift or something if your not able to do stairs.

We were a family of 13 and loved this property. The beach was walking distance from the house and there was plenty of space inside and out to accommodate our family. Management was awesome as they took time out to welcome us and checked in to see if we needed anything else. I highly recommend staying here for large groups. Overall it was a great vacation and we look forward to all our future stays with Rosy and Tim!

Great hosts! Communication was excellent and prompt. House was clean and photos are accurate. It's nicely decorated. Amenities are some of the nicest we have experienced among other rentals we have used. I was surprised by the number of dishes, definitely one of the best kitchens we have ever used. The house was perfect for our multi-family spring break getaway from cold Wisconsin. We had 6 adults and 9 kids but never felt like we were cramped. The kids bunk room worked great for us. The beds are firm but comfortable; the towels are thick and good quality. Location of the house has its pros and cons. It's on the main road which was fantastic for walking to restaurants and shops, super close and easy walk to the beach. The con- if you are not used to city noise the flow of traffic could be hard but we are city people so the sound of cars driving by was not an issue. The backyard/pool area was amazing. Plenty of tables and chairs by the pool. Lots of seating on the balconies also. The kids loved the picnic tables and plenty of comfortable seating on the same level for the adults. The best part...you can see bits of the sound and the ocean from the house. I fell in love with the Pensicola Beach area and this is my second trip down in less than a year. I will be back and if it is with a group I will definitely stay here again.

This property is awesome! Spacious, clean, well-appointed, comfy beds, great pool/outdoor area, and short walking distance to beach. Enjoyed watching water sports on the bay while sitting on the huge decks. Owners checked in on us with a welcoming phone call and sent a list of recommended restaurants. Hope we get an opportunity to stay here again!!!

This house is absolutely beautiful. David and Rosy are very welcoming and eager to make any accommodations that would’ve made our stay easier. The short walk to the beach is convenient to enjoy the day and then head back to the house to swim and cook. We have a great time!

This property is exactly what it looks like in the pictures! Plenty of room, beautiful porches, clean, updated and conveniently located to everything. The pool deck is wonderful for entertaining and the proximity to the beach is so simple and perfect! The owners called me personally to welcome me and my family- they are very nice people and we truly had a wonderful time! My only suggestion, is to offer more amenities for the guests. We were not supplied with any beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. There are only a few beach chairs, which some are not in the best condition. You are only supplied with 1 kitchen towel, 1 toilet paper roll, 1 paper towel, and 2 tabs of dishwasher soap. Everything else such as garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, spices, Tupperware, baggies, disinfectant spray, etc. is all at your cost. Again, everything was wonderful- but when you require a 5 night minimum and pay a premium price, I was hoping for a little more convenience towards those amenities and not the extra cost or having to be wasteful or packing them all home. In the end, thanks for a wonderful stay and letting use your home!

The house was more than what we expected. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools we needed to cook our meals. Bonus were a sleeper sofa in each living room and a roll away bed with extra linens. Tim and Rose were very helpful with any concerns I had with the property. Easy walk to the beach even with little kids. They also had a beach umbrella and several beach chairs on hand for us to use. Will definitely stay again.
