Fully Renovated, Modern New Kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, New Bath, Brand New KING Bed in Master, Brand New Queen Murphy Bed, and a Daybed. Everything is New!!! The most amazing View on the Island. Watch the Dolphins, Pelicans and Beach goers all from the Large Deck, or Sit inside on the Comfy couch or While cooking Dinner. Extra Precautions being taken with COVID 19. Fresh Linens, Blankets, quilts, covers and towels provided and All Surfaces, handles, knobs, anything touched cleaned before each stay. NOTE: The building/ Unit will be accessed for bug spraying on March 13th, June 12th, July 10th, August 14th, September 11th. If your stay is during any of these Dates you must let them into the Unit. This is a Mandatory spray of all units which keeps the bugs away. We want to ensure everyone has a pleasant Stay without any unwanted unexpected Visitors. The spray is non Harmful and safe for Children. It will take less than 3 minutes and they will only be spraying near the perimeter and doors. We appreciate your cooperation.

The property was absolutely wonderful! Clean and exactly as described. When the host realized we were going to have a couple of days of rain during our stay she text to give suggestions for indoor things to do as well as restaurants. She was very quick to respond when we were short a few towels and bath cloths and the cleaning crew came out (in the rain) the very next morning to deliver bath cloths and towels. We hope to stay again.

It was wonderful very quiet. Only thing I recommend is darker curtains in bedroom. Just a little bright in the mornings. Lol. But it was great thank you again.

Indeed the best ocean view. I've stayed at this place several times over the past three years. Always lovely. The ocean is right there! So close! Amazing moonlit walks and sunrises. You can cook breakfast watching surfers and dolphins. Best beach place ever :)

This was absolutely the best properties that we have stayed at, excellent cleaniness of room, smooth Check In, above and beyond friendly customer service by Tricia. She was very engaged, answered any questions we had with a speedy response, very warm, fuzzy, feeling of home when you go in to the unit. Easy, close access to beach, the balcony was so huge! And the view from there was gorgeous! No issues with parking. Had a welcome bag with all kind of toiletry items kitchen items, we needed. And the master bedroom bed was so comfortable and relaxing. Normally when I go to any kind of hotel and stay, my back will hurt me for days but with this bed it did not hurt me at all. I slept like a rock. If you’re looking for a very upscale place to stay, this is definitely one of them you will not be disappointed. We will be going back here for sure.

This condo truly has the best view and a fabulous balcony. Everything was as advertised. The location is perfect. We wanted to be able to walk to the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar & we easily accomplished that (several times). I only wish we could have stayed longer!

My friends and I had a mini girls weekend and had the most wonderful time! The place is perfectly situated with great access to the beach, pool and parking. All as advertised and Tricia was very responsive.

Everything was very clean upon arrival and the owners were very responsive and quick to address any issues. There were a few items the kitchen needed like some additional cereal spoons and wine glasses, and bathrooms needed washcloths. The owner immediately offered to supply us with the necessities, but we grabbed some while out. We would definitely stay again!

I didn’t realize that this was on the second floor, and since some parking was underneath it was like three flights up. That was the only down fall. Carrying all your luggage and having a back problem it was a challenge. Other than that the place was great!

The location, the access to the beach and the property were perfect. Would definitely rent again. Just want to note that there are some stairs which are not terrible but just be aware for those that don’t do steps very well, but please don’t let this stop you. Our stay was great! The home matched the description and pictures in the listing. The home was clean and had everything we needed. There was not too much we had to change or move to keep our two year old (and the home) safe. We would definitely stay here again!

This beautiful condo is compact but beautiful. It's on a gorgeous stretch of beach with many businesses and restaurants near by. I was there by myself this time, but I'll be bringing my husband with me when I come next time!

We stayed here for a funeral and this was such a peaceful, relaxing place. If you're okay climbing some stairs then you'll love it. It's on the second floor but the view is amazing. Loved drinking coffee in the morning and watching the sunrise! Highly recommend.

It was the perfect place for a weekend get-away. The view of the ocean is outstanding. The condo is very nicely furnished and super clean. Access instructions were clear. I hope to return to this property -- it is a lovely place.
