We can also help arrange additional specialty guided tours with a neighbor driver to visit the local healers and spiritual teachers. The villa is also very close to all types of yoga classes and retreats, Tai Chi, Chi Kung classes and/or Ubud Fitness Gym, as well as some incredible spa experiences. We can even arrange for in house massages by some of the best massage therapists in Ubud, as well as hair treatments, foot reflexology, manicures, pedicures, and facials. Famous Iman Spa is located just a 2 minute walk up the road. Our staff: Made and Wayan, the house helpers and cleaners, and Kadek the gardener, will help make your holiday special and relaxing. Our night security man, Nyoman, is here at night to keep us safe and help with late night arrivals. The house helpers will clean the house, make the beds, and make your holiday comfortable and efficient. Many of the local restaurants have home delivery if you are too tired/lazy to go out for a meal. Or Wayan will shop for you at the organic vegetable market and local supermarket to supply the house with your requested foods and drink. We will also be happy to give you any tips on where to have the best experience for you to tour the island, go shopping, visit the spas, local dances, visit the temples, etc. etc. Fall asleep to the sound of crickets and frogs, and from your bedroom verandah watch the working ducks and flying cranes each sunset in the rice fields, and observe the Balinese children flying their kites. But, there is also WIFI if you feel you must be connected to the outside world. This lovely 2 story home away from home, which sleeps 4, has 2 AC bedrooms with overhead fans. Each bedroom has a lovely verandah perched over the river gorge and tranquil jungle views. The main downstairs bedroom has a queen size 4 poster carved teak bed with mosquito net. And, a comfy lounge chair with ottoman for watching movies. And, the outdoor verandah off of the master bedroom has outdoor dining table and 4 chairs for great views and relaxing. This bedroom also has a flatscreen TV/DVD player with lots of DVDs and books to relax and enjoy after a busy day of Bali site seeing. There is a large Bali style outdoor garden bathroom with a shower open to the sky. The upstairs bedroom has it’s own ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a very comfortable lounge sofa/bed with lots of cushions for reading or meditation. And, off the upstairs bedroom is a covered open verandah with chairs and table for a relaxing view of the jungle gorge and your morning coffee. The upstairs bedroom and veranda also has a great wooden floor for doing yoga and meditation. The main living and dining area has a round antique pedestal teak table with comfortable seating for up to 6. There is an antique wedding chest lending special ambience to the room with a view to the garden. A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and a 4 burner stove with oven. The staff is available to cook a delicious breakfast for an added price of rp50,000 per person per day. Or, you can prepare your own breakfast before heading out to Ubud for a day of site seeing or shopping. Our neighbor, Made Rai is a good driver with a comfortable car, and for a very reasonable charge, can take you around for the day site seeing. He can also pick you up from the airport or your previous destination in Kuta/Seminyak, and bring you directly to the villa for Rp350,000. Guest access We live near by and are happy to help with any travel/site seeing arrangements and/or advice. Wayan is also available to help with ordering food, taxi, motorbike, bicycle, etc. etc. We can also do some light food shopping for you, if required. We have plenty of experience about special places to see, best restaurants and how to get around, etc.
